Your are one third of a mile from Herring Pond and three quarters of a mile from First Encounter Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

This home has a great layout with a large primary bedroom including a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom on one side of the house. The other two guest rooms can sleep up to four each and have a queen bed and set of twin bunk beds, great for multiple families to share. These guest rooms are on the opposite end of the house.

Also featured on the main level is a newly refurbished kitchen, ample living room, dining room, full bathroom and a den/office. The den has a desk with a computer monitor available for guest use. The home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

The lower level is a walk out basement and offers a washer and dryer, with easy access to the enclosed outdoor shower.

There are two decks, one on each side of the house. The front deck is perfect for enjoying the expanding marsh views with bay views beyond and has both lounging and dining space for great outdoor entertaining. The back deck is private surrounded by pine trees.

Location: The closest beach is First Encounter Beach on the bayside of the Cape less than a mile away. This home is only .7 of a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Herring Pond is only .3 of a mile away. The home is 4.6 miles from Nauset Light Beach and 3.5 miles from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the Cape. Orleans center is approximately 3.3 miles away, and Wiley Park at Great Pond is just over a mile away. The Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market are approximately about 4.5 miles away.
