The Hibiscus Villa is a spacious, single-level, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled on a South-facing corner lot, designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Perfect for family getaways or group vacations, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Florida.

Private South-Facing Pool & Spa – Enjoy all-day sunshine, a curved pool, and a spa under a screened-in patio, perfect for sunbathing, splashing around, or grilling on the BBQ.
Game Room & Multiple Living Areas – With two living rooms, two dining areas, and a game room, there’s space for everyone to unwind or have fun.
Open Concept Living – The fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas feature large windows with stunning views of the pool, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Bedroom Layout (All on the First Floor):
Master King Suite – Vaulted ceilings, private patio access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, double vanity, and separate shower.
Queen Bedroom – Attached full bathroom with a shower.
Two Twin Bedrooms – Each twin room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, perfect for kids or friends.
Additional Features:
Laundry nook with washer, dryer, and pool towels.
TVs in all bedrooms, complete with cozy linens, bedside lamps, and extra pillows.
Starter kit with essentials like dish soap, garbage bags, and toiletries to get you through your first day.
Important Information:
Pool & Spa Heat: Available for an additional $40/night (minimum 3 nights).
