Welcome to 819 Tuscan Ridge! This single-story gem features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a private pool and spa, a spacious kitchen, and a game room in the garage! With everything on one floor, this home is perfect for any generation! Situated just off Highway 27, this community has everything you need nearby - from shopping to dining to entertainment, this home is only 25 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World® and 5 minutes from the Champions Gate Golf Course.



Both the King Master bedroom and the Queen guest room have their own bathrooms and private access to the patio and pool. The pool is equipped with the necessary equipment to keep you and your guests safe.

Everything was very good, clean and the house had a lot more than others that I have stayed at. The only thing that I did not like was in the pool area there was a big spot of greenish mold. Which we had a check list of everything that was cleaned but I feel that could have been scrubbed. That was not something that just was there. That was brewing for awhile. We did not have any small kids with us but for safety purposes the pool table moves and is very unstabel. The air hockey did not work. We just chose not to do anything in the "play area". But all in all the house is beautiful and clean!

Lovely villa. The location is great and located in a quiet area. The villa is spacious and comfortable with lots of room for 4 adults. Easy checkin/checkout. Good WiFI.Pool is great and lots of outdoor seating. Enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful house wife and kids loved it didn't get to spend as much time at the actual property as they wanted to but had so many plans just wasn't enough time but 100% recommend

Pros: The house was nice! Our family enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We did have an issue with one of the twin beds continuing to fall through the frame and maintenance ended having to come out twice, but it was fixed in a good timeframe! It felt clean and was in good distance to different attractions. The kitchen had basic needs and the outside patio was nice, especially if you needed a break from the sun or wanted to eat lunch or dinner outside. Con: The pool had no option for heat, which was the biggest bummer of the trip. If the pool and spa had heat, we would definitely consider it for future vacations.

Great Vacation Home

The house was great! Pool area was really nice with plenty of seats and a couple tables (the covered seating area was really nice because it rained a few days basically all day and we were still able to sit outside when we wanted). Layout of the house is really nice! I would definitely rent this property again, we had a great time!

Great rental throughout

I have zero complaints about the house we rented. It was nice and clean and well-organized. It had all of the amenities that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place again.

I never give bad reviews because I am a firm believer that things happen and there is always a fix in making your trusted customer happy but the fact how the owner of the property handle the situation is why I am leaving a not so good review. When arriving home was tidy and clean, pool not so great water clear but bottom of pool was dirty. I message the number provided asking if pool could be please be clean advising it did not appear to be too clean. NO REPLY. In the evening we saw a roach in the laundry room took pictures, killed it, next day evening turned light on in the kitchen saw baby roaches on the counter and on the floor by kitchen sink, every night during our stay we saw baby roaches in the kitchen ( pictures taken daily) when messaging third party whom handles answering for the property I asked for pictures. Now mind you we are on vacation with daily park tickets, with small babies pictures were not send right then and there. When pictures were received all I got was a message from third party advising that the owner wanted to thank us for letting him/her know that there was roaches and would be exterminating as for the pool pictues reply was after review pool pseem clear bottom was just probably "dirt" debris blown from the wind.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home tidy and clean upon arrival, and we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. There is no third-party answering service managing guest concerns. Our team communicates directly with guests throughout their stay. As outlined in the rental agreement, when an issue is reported we may ask for additional details or photos so we can better understand the concern and determine the most appropriate solution. In this case, regardless of the timing of the photos, an additional pest control treatment was arranged in response to the report. Regarding the pool, our professional pool care team services the property weekly to balance chemicals and ensure the water is clean and safe for use. As explained in the rental agreement and pre-arrival information, Florida weather can bring leaves, dirt, and other environmental debris into an outdoor pool between scheduled service visits. For that reason, a skimmer net is provided at the home for guests to use as needed between professional cleanings. We take guest concerns seriously and appreciate being notified when something needs attention. Our goal is always to gather the information needed, respond appropriately, and address reported concerns during the stay whenever possible.

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. The TV remotes in Living Room need to be replaced worked very slow, but we didn't watch much TV. Many cooking items if you need to cook. We enjoyed the pool area and game room in the garage. We came down for a Graduation, and to just relax and that is what we were able to do. A great time and a very nice place.

Great little place!

wonderful visit while down in Davenport for baseball. Closer to just about everything including Disney. The house was just as described and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and the people were nice. My only complaint is the pool alarms. I wish we could have turned them off with no children around. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great! I do wish the garage door opened to let light into the game room. I was so happy to see board games too! Will stay again!

Wonderful house. We enjoyed the space and the quiet neighborhood. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated as advertised. Also, there were no handrails around the pool.

Don’t report any issues…they charge you!

Barely any hot water, emailed to let them know. They sent someone out and told me “everything is fine” and that “hot water temp is controlled remotely by the owners” okay then why did you charge me 65? Absolutely do not recommend emailing them to tell them anything is wrong. Nice house and nice neighborhood. Would not stay here again!

Hi Kathleen, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the resolution. When you reported an issue, we immediately sent a professional to investigate. Their inspection confirmed that the hot water heater was functioning properly, and all faucets were receiving hot water as expected. Per our clear policy, when a guest reports an issue but no actual problem is found, the guest is responsible for the vendor’s trip charge. This is standard practice to prevent unnecessary costs for our homeowners and is similar to calling a vendor out to your own home (there are call-out fees even if no issues are found). If there had been a legitimate issue, we would have addressed it promptly at no cost to you. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and neighborhood, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness for both guests and homeowners.
