This stunning lakeside apartment is nestled in one of Melbourne's most sought-after locations, with easy access to both the city and beach. Flawlessly designed it boasts open plan living with a beautiful balcony framing unobstructed lake and skyline views. Residents have access to incredible resort-style facilities including a pool, gym and alfresco dining area.
Relax and unwind in the living room. There is plush sofa seating and a smart TV, replete with Netflix. A round dining table comfortably sits up to six guests. The sleek centrepiece kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal at home. It includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and all your cooking basics. There is an American-style breakfast bar for slow mornings at home.
The apartment features three spacious bedrooms. All are fitted with premium queen-sized beds and topped with hotel quality linens for a superior night’s sleep. Each bedroom also benefits from a built-in wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, where you can soak after a busy day.
The stylish main bathroom has an oversized shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Boutique amenities are provided for your stay. Toiletries provided are single use to get you started. They may not be sufficient for entire stay (additional consumables to be purchased by you). Internal laundry facilities including a washer/dryer, iron and drying rack add to your everyday convenience.
The apartment comes with two designated underground car sports for you to use.
