This stylish St Kilda, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment boasts a prime beachfront position in one of the Bay’s most iconic locations. It is surrounded by notable eateries, theatres,gardens, markets, penguins, Luna Park & CBD trams. All within walking distance.

This elegant and spacious, light filled environment features an impressive open plan living that steps onto a large terrace overlooking the sky blue waters of the bay, bobbing boats on the St Kilda Marina, beach and spectacular city views.

The Space:
Each bedroom enjoys vaulted ceilings and double glazed windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight with bay views. The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed with a large walk through robe, extending to a private ensuite that is sun soaked from the skylight above.
Bedroom 2 offers a comfy queen bed and built-in robe complimented by a separate second bathroom offering an invigorating shower and bathtub to relax and unwind.

An open-plan living and dining zone features stunning vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. This leads out via a glass sliding door to a large entertainers terrace with panoramic views of the bay, lighthouse and Melbourne city skyline.
A perfect spot to sit back and relax with a glass of wine while you take in the spectacular evening sunsets.

The outstanding newly renovated kitchen features modern Bosch appliances; dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, beautiful granite bench top with splash back, and
large French door fridge freezer.

Other amenities include ducted heating and cooling, Bluetooth speaker with digital radio, Euro style laundry with a modern washer/dryer, beach chairs and picnic basket.

If you need to get work done the desk and internet WiFi is the perfect accompaniment.

This beautiful top floor apartment on level 3 has a wide, light filled, staircase that is the only access from either the front entrance or from the secure underground car park for two cars.
There is also free day/night street parking directly in front of the apartment building.

Take a short beachside stroll to nearby Acland St Village, famous for it’s fabulous pastries. Explore many nearby bars and restaurants including Stoke House, Donovan’s, Sunday market, Palais Theatre, and of course
the iconic Luna Park.

Just opposite the apartment, at the Marina, guests can rent bikes and ride along the St Kilda foreshore bike track. Thrill seekers can even try skydiving. Or simply spend the day on the beach.

If you plan to stay indoors, there’s unlimited WiFi and a lovely desk for your laptop. Cozy up In front of the large flat panel digital TV to stream your favorite series, or go old school and watch a fantastic selection of DVDs.
You can also read a book or enjoy the selection of board games provided. So please relax and enjoy your stay


The Neighborhood:
Step out to St Kilda Beach and the Marina, foreshore bike and walking paths, beachfront parkland and BBQs. Take a stroll up to renowned Luna Park, The Palais, Acland Street eateries and the Esplanade’s vibrant restaurants and bars, Peanut Farm Reserve and its acclaimed Veg Out Farmers Market, St Kilda Botanic Gardens, trams and so much more.

Other Things to Note:
The main bedroom has a luxurious king bed which can be converted to 2 king single beds on request perfect for kids or friends. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you prefer to have it set up as a king or 2 king singles.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Great stay in St Kilda

We loved staying in this cute town outside of Melbourne. The view was awesome and the short walk to the Acland square area where we had great meal and jumped on train to the city. Enjoyed watching sunset and walking around the waterfront. The place was fully equipped and we would definitely stay there again!

Across from marina & bay beach club - great Melbourne home for 5 nights!

This awesome 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a large outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor of a boutique-size condo building was such a comfortable, clean, large, and modern design home-away-from-home for 5 days/4 nights for our stay in Melbourne. Located in close-in St. Kilda suburban neighborhood, this was the ideal spot to be close to the busy downtown of Melbourne, yet without the stress of "too many people" that one might experience on the sidewalks on any given downtown day. The unit is super clean, and designed for how people live today. The corner spot in the building with large floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the outoor terrace provides lots of natural daylighting and amazing views to the bay beach park, marina, and city! We were very comfortable here - the sloping ceilings and skylights in the bathrooms added height and made rooms feel larger. Furniture and accessories were on-trend.The commercial St. Kilda area is convenient - a very walkable 4 to 5 blocks away with a Tram stop, great restaurants, shopping, chemists/pharmacies, and groceries from Coles, (one of Melbourne's very clean, hip grocery stores with everything to stock the fridge for your stay).In addition, the location is across the street from one of the city's marinas, bay beaches, a skate park, and a boardwalk that follows the edge of the beach. The Luna Park Amusement Center is also very close and walkable, near the St. Kilda commercial center.
