Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noises between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Strictly no parties or antisocial behaviour.
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval.
- No pets are allowed in the property.
- No smoking is allowed at any times.
- If you break something, please let us know.

- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- We only provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.

Extra Services:
- Early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra cost subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking.
- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Inform us and we'll organise it for you.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
