Pet friendly beachfront haven - Fisherman’s Beach Mornington

A delightful 2 bedroom unit in a fabulous location - right opposite Fisherman’s Beach Mornington. Glorious views over Port Phillip Bay with a silhouette of Melbourne on the horizon, makes it that perfect escape which is only 1 hour from Melbourne CBD.

A large lounge - dining area opens to a fully appointed kitchen. The lounge opens onto a spacious deck complete with outdoor couch, table and chairs to enjoy the superb views overlooking the bay. The sunsets are a show-stopper every night.

The front garden enjoys lawn, paving and garden areas - secure and suitable for keeping pets safe (not suitable for dogs that can jump > 4 ft gate height).

Our beds provide top quality luxury and both bedrooms have their own air conditioners to enable individual comfort. The house enjoys central heating which makes winter get-aways cosy and comfortable.

Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and private entry door opening to the side of the unit. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed which can be split into 2 long single beds as required.

The modern bathroom features a large shower and separate bath adjoining the separate toilet. A fully appointed laundry, trough and drying wracks provide all your travelling needs.

WiFi, Fetch TV, fabulous beach and only a 10 minute stroll to Main Street Mornington ensures plenty of activities to please all the family.

Perfect Location

The best ever, perfection, everything from beach, cafes, restaurants and wineries at your fingertips , just walk in , relax and enjoy .Sit on the decking every night watching the sunset with a glass of bubbles the host left for you . Host was simply the best !Even our little fur baby enjoyed her beach vacation , so many different toys to play with. Thank you ,,we will be back with excitement . D

Sensational!

This was our second time staying at this property. Very relaxing, lovely garden and million dollar views. My little dogs loved the garden and watching the activity on the street. We’ll be back!

Perfection

Probably the best holiday place I've ever stayed at. It's like the owners have studied every annoyance in a holiday rental and created a place that fixes every single thing. Every possible need has been anticipated and provided for. The vibe is kind and welcoming. The view is seriously million-dollar. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place.

Great stay

I stayed at this place for 4 weeks and it was my home away from home. Everything was there that you needed and I settled in very quickly. The area was easy to learn about and so many things were in walking distance (the pub and the shops). There were some days I didn't even have to use the car. The deck area was brilliant and I took so many photos of sunsets!!! Being there for an extended time I really appreciated the excellent laundry facilities. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Sally.

Very Pleasant

Lovely quiet unit overlooking the water which was so relaxing. Decor very pleasant and spotlessly clean. Host had left a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy. Only complaint was garbage had not been taken out and very unpleasant smell when we first arrived. Once we found the problem all was fine as we put it in the bin outside. Would certainly go back.

Relaxing weekender

A great little place to getaway for a weekend. Lovely, clean and fresh with everything you could need. Views of the bay and afternoon sun to soak up on the deck. Right opposite Fisherman's Beach, perfect for walking over to and watching the sunset with the dog. A short walk into Mornington centre where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Lots of provisions for the dog too (bowls, toys, bed, blanket, towel etc.). It is on the coastal road so a fair bit of road noise but it quietens down at night. Street parking only, which was easy at the time of year we stayed but might be trickier when it gets busy over summer. I would definitely stay here again, lovely place.

Fisherman’s Beach

The property was very nice but I was not able to contact the owner, the VRBO website would say contact owner and when I tried it took me to the rebooking page. I wanted to thank the owner for letting me have a late checkout and tell her I had vacuumed and cleaned bathroom. The cleaner hadn’t done a very good job. Very dusty.

Just what I needed.

Loved the place. It was so cozy, clean and comfortable. Being so close to all of the shops and directly in front of the beach was the cherry on top.

Magnificent sunsets

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The unit was perfect for our needs, and our puss was welcome. The outlook from the lounge-room over the water was beautiful, and the sunsets were magnificent. Although the main road in front is noisy during the day, it was silent at night. The heating and all the amenities were excellent, we were a pleasant 15 minute walk from the main shopping centre. Our host, Jennifer, was excellent with her communications - prompt, helpful and generous. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely break.

I had a beautiful and relaxing time at the property, it had amazing amenities, perfect location.

Fantastic, amazing extra little touches, treats, toys and bedding for my dog. Great quality toiletries which you wouldn’t expect at such an amazingly laid out property, literally a stone throw to a beautiful beach. I’d stayed in another property that cost more with half the amenities and further from the beach, restraunt’s etc. The owner was excellent and very responsive and accommodating. Top of my list fir stats in Mornington. Until next time. Judy abs Stevie (the Pooch).

Fantastic Holiday

Everything was clean and well presented. All basic necessities were generously offered. Only concern was that neither bathroom or toilet had blinds..so a lack of privacy as the back units could see inside at night when the lights were on. Unloading and Reloading the car was difficult as we could not even park in front of the garage. Had to carry and place items on the nature strip. Loved the view and location. Would like to rent again if these little things are attended to. Liked the owner too. She was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. We appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Home away from home

The house was very secure for our 2 Cavies which was the most important thing for us. They enjoyed their stay 🐶 The layout was very relaxing with beautiful views of the bay. Anywhere you relax in the house there’s a view of it. Plenty of room and comfortable. Loved the vibe of Main Street and surroundings. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Being by the sea

Although the weather was horrible, this was the perfect get-away. The house was comfortable and very well setup. On the day we arrived, there was a break in the rain and we were able to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the view. Even when it rained, it was lovely to take in the sea and the sky from the comfort of indoors. Our host was helpful and the location was handy to the beach and shops. It was unfortunate that we couldn't park on the property and we had an experience of someone driving up behind us as we indicated and parked on the road. However, they woke up in time and swerved away, so no problem! It was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay.
