Relax on your own balcony or around the lagoon style pool area, which features outdoor furniture, a large undercover BBQ area, and an outdoor heated spa. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk through robe and ensuite with a double stone vanity shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed and Bedroom 1 includes 2 single beds. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combination with stone vanity and toilet. The separate laundry includes washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. A fully equipped kitchen which is open plan with the living area. Kitchen includes gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, pantry and full size refrigerator. A spacious dining area and bright loungeroom open to the fully furnished balcony with outdoor dinning table and lounges.
The apartment has climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and tiled floors. A secure underground parking space is situated close to the lift.
