Cabaña frente al lago con kayaks

Actualizado 3 temporada casa de campo junto al lago. Salga de las puertas corredizas de 14 'que dan al lago a su propio paraíso privado justo en el agua. Un muelle con amarres puede acomodar su barco de esquí o de pesca, o usar nuestro bote a pedal. Una pequeña playa de arena permite un fácil acceso directo al agua. Encontrará el interior encantador también con techos altos de catedral con carpintería extensa. Una escalera conduce a un espacioso loft (tenga en cuenta que no hay barandas, por lo que no es adecuado para niños pequeños). Hay un colchón lleno en el desván que puede acomodar a dos si tiene más de cuatro personas.

Una cocina completamente renovada cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Esta cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.

La casa de campo tiene dos habitaciones acogedoras, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con cama de matrimonio, ambas con cajones de almacenamiento rodantes debajo. Ambas habitaciones tienen muchas ventanas, una de ellas con una hermosa vista del lago. La casa tiene un baño completo con ducha de pie y armario para ropa blanca.

Bote a pedal, kayaks y parrilla en la propiedad para su uso. Hay un pequeño cobertizo con chalecos salvavidas / juguetes / sillas para su uso. Smart TV en área principal con Netflix. Videojuegos, libros y juegos para esos días de lluvia y noches de juegos familiares.

Esta propiedad es ideal para una escapada relajante para adultos o unas divertidas vacaciones familiares.

Cosas que saber:
La mesa de la cocina está preparada para cuatro, hay una hoja que puede agregar y dos taburetes para dejar espacio para 6.
Sala de estar tiene cómodos asientos para cinco.
El pozo de fuego no está permitido en el césped. Esto quemará la hierba. Debe permanecer en el patio. Esto se eliminará al final de la temporada 2019 ya que hemos tenido demasiados invitados dañando el césped al reubicarlo.

Great time at The Little Dipper

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was super clean and exactly as advertised. The view of the lake from the front slider was beautiful. The water was very clean and we went swimming and kayaking every day. The sandy beach made it very easy to get into the water. Our Golden Retriever, Sunny, loved swimming and chasing the minnows by the shore. We enjoyed the local restaurants and.the seafood at the Maine Attraction was great.. We wished we could have stayed longer and plan to come back again next summer.

Great place for toddlers!

We stayed a week and had a great time with our 2 and 4 year old. The little beach was perfect and they were out there constantly playing. It was a great trip and we will be back again.

The perfect get away and only 15 minutes from our home.

The inside was so homey and beautifully done. The outside is well maintained with a lovely "dining grotto" . There's also a very nice yard right on the water. Use of paddleboat and kayaks made it a very fun and relaxing time.

Hamilton Reservoir

This is a great place for a small family! The cottage is clean and open, with a nice kitchen, and views of the lake. The waterfront is especially great for kids, Lynn and Keith Elmy are excellent hosts.

Lovely stay at the little Dipper!

The pictures on the listing don’t capture how beautiful this little lake house is! We had a fun time fishing with my daughter and hanging out on the beach. Close to Sturbridge for groceries and take out food!

Fun time at the lake

My husband and I stayed in this cozy cottage for ten days. It was so relaxing sitting on our private beach reading, sipping evening wine and a little fishing from the dock. The house was adequately furnished and there’s a large tv in the living room if you wanted to watch tv. Overall a very enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful place!

The house is beautiful. Clean and has everything you would need for a great vacation. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and using the paddle boat. The area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals but there are also restaurants and ice cream near by too! Owners were helpful when we had questions. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful family vacation

We were happily surprised to find the house incredibly accommodating for our two children (1 and 4). It was stocked with everything you’d need and the game cabinet was a hit! The dock seemed to be the best fishing spot on the lake, making it really easy to entertain the boys on rainy days. Communication with the hosts was also stellar. We loved our stay!

Beautiful and cozy place to relax

The cottage is very clean and well equipped with what you need to spend a few nice and relaxed days. You can just sit indoors and enjoy the beautiful lake view or you can sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee while smelling the fresh air. Place is quiet and secluded. We were heading to Salem and the drive was very pleasant. Will definitely rent again!!!

Very peaceful and relaxing vacation - the weather and the setting were perfect!! 😊

We loved every minute of our end of the summer get away! The cottage is so clean and newly updated and offered everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Aside from journeying five minutes down the road for a nature hike and making a few treks across the lake for ice cream, we stayed lakeside most of the day just swimming, kayaking (we brought our own) and enjoying the peaceful setting and beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect escape full of much needed relaxation.

Perfect little lake house

Booked this as a anniversary getaway for my wife & I, cute cottage right on the lake. Very quiet, great sunsets & a nice paddle boat, to take a leisurely ride around. The grandkids came by to play in the water & had a really good time (They loved the squirt guns) Hosts were great to deal with & quickly responded to messages. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Our stay at the Little Dipper Lakehouse was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the three kayaks provided and using our own paddle boards. It seemed like we had the lake to ourselves. My husband went out early in the morning to fish and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our two Havanese enjoyed their stay with us! The house had nice and clean appliances and the air conditioner kept the whole house cool, even though it was in the 90's and humid. The only setback we had was the underwater weeds that were at the end of the dock. It did not stop us though, we just paddled out a bit to jump in and cool off. The sunsets were beautiful mirroring on the water. We highly recommend this lovely lake house for a peaceful retreat!

Hi Linda, Thank you so much for your review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Viewing the sunsets are my favorite thing to do. Every night is like a surprise to see what colors will be glowing or even how many stars will be out! This year the lake has had more weeds than usual due to the unprecedented town's delay in weed treatment. It has finally occurred but did effect our summer season. We are glad it did not deter your fun!
