‘Moored Lakeside' is the ultimate family escape. Located on the beautiful I shores of Lake Macquarie with absolute water frontage.

Enjoy all the lake has to offer; swim, kayak or fish from your very own jetty. Relax on the grass and watch the sailing while the kids play in the cubby house.

Stroll into Toronto and enjoy cafe's, restaurants, shops and the recently refurbished beer garden of the historic Toronto Hotel.
The space
Plenty of room for the whole family!

Stay connected while preparing meals; the Kitchen overlooks the lake and includes 6 stools to the Island Bench for informal entertaining.

The Dining Room includes a large 8 seat table (2 kids chairs can be added) plus a small kids table to seat 4.

Outside on the waterfront the deck includes an 8 seat table with umbrella plus BBQ. A large grassed area perfect for picnics and the provided outdoor bean bags. There is also a cubby house with slide.

Enjoy the private Northern Courtyard overlooking the tropical landscaped gardens. Relax on the outdoor lounge and watch the kids play on the inground trampoline or swing set.

Ideally suited to 4 adults and 4 kids or a maximum of 6 adults. 2 of the single beds are not weight rated for adults.

The property has 4 bedrooms + a playroom | 5th bedroom.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and gardens.

Bed linen and bath towels will be provided. Please BYO beach / lake towels

The house is located on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance to all Toronto has to offer.

Fassifern Train Station is approximately 3km away. The Greenway Pathway is a lovely wide cycleway | pathway extending from Fassifern Train Station to Blackalls Park and linked to Toronto through a footpath. A lovely ride as an activity in itself or to hop on the train and explore further afield.

The garage and boatshed are not included in the listing however there is room to park 2 cars off-street in the driveway. The host may occasionally access the garage and boatshed during your stay. We will advise you in advance.
