Location:
This waterfront house is located in the Village of Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick, Canada, in an area commonly known to the locals as Tunaville. Just 45 minutes from the city of Saint John and 40 minutes from the U.S. border.

This property’s back yard features one of the world’s greatest wonders, tides that rise and lower twice daily (between 20-28 feet, 3-8.5 meters).
At low tide you can walk on the sea bed and comb the beach for seashells, sea glass, multi-shaped/colored rocks and driftwood, etc.
At high tide you can fish mackerel or squid from an old wharf only a few steps away, or you can launch your small boat/skiff/kayak/canoe etc. at an old launch right next to that same wharf.
Or just sit outside on the back deck and enjoy the view with occasional fishing boats, bird life, and even the odd seal popping up.

This home offers the fishing village experience. Blacks Harbour is a quaint fishing community with large outcomes. It is home to Canada’s largest & oldest sardine factory, Brunswick Sardines, as well as host to other facets of the fishing industry: Hearing/sardine, salmon, lobster, scallop, urchin, mackerel, squid, etc.

There are other points of interest close by such as the Blacks Harbour Museum, Pea Point lighthouse, and a whole host of natural beauty.

From the backyard you can also see the Grand Manan Ferry, its landing can also be reached by car in about 5 minutes. Grand Manan Island is about an hour & half journey by Ferry from Blacks Harbour.

Experience whale watching tours, sea life exhibits, and other historical and travel points of interest in St. Andrews just 35 minutes away.

The Facility:
This house is approximately 860 square feet or 80 square meters, and has 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, and full washroom with shower.
It is offered as fully furnished with beds & bedding, comfy sofa and chairs, 55” smart television, dining table & chairs, games table.
It also comes with a refrigerator, electric stove with oven, a microwave oven, and most of the pots, pans, dishware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals. A Keurig style coffee machine and K-pods are also available.
It has free internet and parking for one vehicle.
