Reunion

Ciao Bella Estates was perfect to celebrate our reunion. We stayed for three nights and everyone found the property spacious, well appointed and beautiful. There are many places in the house to spend time and connect -- pool table, piano, and multiple living rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were heated for us upon arrival. We also took many pictures around the house and it was a perfect backdrop for a fun, Palm's Springs vibe.

Spring Break for whole family

Ten of us really enjoyed our stay. Very fun house with interesting history. Huge kitchen, 3 dining areas that could seat 10. Beautiful pool and spa, wonderful tennis court. Citrus trees of all kinds, delicious fruit. Beautiful area of Palm Springs. With old houses, and tall hedges. Very private feel. And, very comfortable beds!

Incredible stay… can’t wait to come back!

We just finished an amazing girls trip to Palm Springs and LOVED our stay at this incredible estate. The house is just as good as the pictures show! There were 8 women staying there and it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to stay comfortably. The property is walkable to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The tennis court was in immaculate shape and we played every morning. The pool and spa were gorgeous and the outdoor living space was perfect for relaxation. The property manager Michael was terrific and responded to every question we had immediately. I cannot recommend this place more highly!

A great bday weekend

There were 12 of us, ladies. We stayed a long weekend to celebrate my birthday, and this place was the perfect place to do it! There was so much space, and lots of room to spread out. The pool and Jacuzzi were excellent, some people also played Tennis and pool. We would love to stay here again. The only trouble was the first time we set the door to lock it, and the alarm went off and would not stop. But then the property manager came out and fix that and no problems after that. What a great stay! Thank you!

Avoid

Check in was the best part of the stay. Here are the problems: half of the property smelled like sewage. No paper towels in the whole property. Pool didn’t heat, jets in hot tub didn’t work (or heat). Contacted property manager got one word answer. All the beds were rough and terrible (for all 6 guests). Showers took 10 mins to heat up. Toilet clogged (with nothing being flushed) and clogged the bathtub. They really need to make some adjustments when renting for the price of this place. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Spacious and Fun

We stayed here with 12 people and it was spacious and so much fun! The outside space is incredible: the pool is huge, there’s plenty of seating by the pool, in the shade, and a large table for eating that fits everyone. Beautiful views of the mountains! The inside felt really big and great for such a big group. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything and two big refrigerators! Since it is close to a hospital, there were several helicopters flying over the house throughout the day/ night. We were not bothered by it but It’s pretty regular and briefly loud. After we all showered, there was a smell in some rooms so we assumed it had to do with water. When we first got there, there was no smell at all. It was only once showers were run. Again, it was brief and went away. We were not bothered by it but figured guests should know about it. Property managers were so nice, helpful, and great communicators. We had such a great time here and would definitely stay again! It’s a quick 10 minutes from airport, and 5 minutes to most restaurants we went to! We were able to walk to downtown too (those that were up to it)! The outside, where we spent just of our time, is unbeatable!!!!!!! The perfect getaway!
