House worked out very well for our family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good location also.

Clean spacious place. Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels and places to sit. Beds were pretty soft and could use an upgrade, but otherwise, a fantastic stay. Only 6 min away from Palm Springs convention center.

What a wonderful property for a group! Lots of gathering spaces- some smaller for quiet talks, some bigger to accommodate everyone! Close to all the fun things Palm Springs has to offer.

This was an amazing spot to host a bachelorette party. We felt completely secluded while still just minutes away from all that Palm Springs has to offer. The host was very amenable to our needs and communicated quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious and perfect for our holiday getaway. The host was very accommodating especially during the holidays! Loved the bedrooms individually themed room décor.

This was perfect for a sisters trip. Plenty of room with separate bedrooms and chaise loungers outside. It was a bonus that the host had fun Christmas trees up for our pre Christmas trip. Thoroughly liked the neighborhood and pool area.

The house was perfect for our get-together with friends. We really enjoyed the layout with ample room to gather as a group, or enjoy some privacy as well. There were plenty of amenities and the golf was a lot of fun and surprisingly challenging. The hot tub was very relaxing, however, we did not use the pool as it was not heated as mentioned in the listing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower, grill, and beautiful view of the mountains. The home decor was adorable and era appropriate. It is located in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and shopping. Be aware that the 6th bedroom is located out by the pool and is not accessible from inside the house.

All was wonderful. Only issue was the bedroom with the outside entry…no direct access to a bathroom. One had to cross the pool deck and into the house. I would have liked to know this in advance.

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Great location and plenty of space to hang around the pool! Tim was so on top of everything and super responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Family getaway

The home was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, the host thoughtful lid out kid friendly goodies for the pool and had lots of entertaining items for them. This place is perfect for a family. I wish the ac could be set higher but was comfortable enough for our stay.

Lovely property

We were 6 75 female friends from college days. It was a comfortable place for us to hang out and catch up. Tim was very prompt and responsive to concerns/questions we had. Be aware that the 6th bedroom is accessible only from outside the house with a key.

Christmas in Palm Springs

This property is beautiful and well maintained. There is lots of room and other amenities. We enjoying the pool, hot tub, and miniature golf. There were even Christmas trees setup for our holiday stay.

Great house, location

This is a lovely property in a great location. So many thoughtful details. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kiddos and everyone enjoyed relaxing in the bright and stylish living area and outdoor fire pit area. Close to downtown Palm Springs and lots of hiking/outdoor adventures.

Beautiful home in the perfect location

I stayed here with my wife and two other couples plus all of our kids (one 2yr, one 4yr, two 7yrs). Every room was nice and well separated from the others, which made it perfect for our multi-family group. The outdoor space was amazing. The putt-putt course isn't just a gimmick - it was a real 9-hole course, every hole with it's own tricks!

Snow bird holiday

We were 9 adult family and friends. We had a great stay! Super big pool, great spa. Ping pong table was fun, even in the wind. Did not take advantage of mini-golf, though. Nice big gas grill, great outdoor space. Will definitely like to return. Good communication with property manager.

Excellent property and location but... very bad mattresses. All bad except master. Given the price one would expect quality bedding. I would gladly give it 5 stars if that was fixed.

Very good place

Place was nice but there were some issues that came up: 1. Hot tub tank had a hole though it didn’t interfere greatly with usability, 2. Cleaning people were there at check in time- apparently there was a mix up about the day we were to arrive- strange though they thought we would be checking in after 4 pm on Thanksgiving day, 3. TVs didn’t work. These issues are why I didn’t give a 5 rating

We chose this property, so we can entertain friends and family. This home is truely a mini resort. It's great for a group of golfers, a girl's trip, family reunions, corporate retreats, or holiday get togethers! It's large enough for everyone to have their own space, but it's not a sprawling property, so everyone will get to spend time with one another too.
