VUE IMPRENABLE SUR L’EAU. Magnifique et luxueuse résidence située à Laval sur le bord de l’eau. Ancienne propriété ayant appartenu à Madame Céline Dion, conçue et construite pour Maman Dion . À +- 15 minutes de l’aéroport. Propriété complète de +-6000 pieds carrés de +-8 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 17 personnes. Grand garage double, tout équipé avec les équipements pour laver les voitures. Entièrement meublée avec toutes les commodités incluant 3 foyers.

Le logement:
Cette villa est entièrement meublée avec toutes les commodités incluant 3 foyers au gaz. Cette propriété a la chance d'être située directement à côté d’un des plus grands parcs de la région où plusieurs activités y sont offertes: telles que la raquette, le ski fond, le fat bike, la marche en forêt, glissade, etc. Il est même possible de patiner ou même de pêcher sur la glace directement en face de la maison. Nous sommes également situés à 10 secondes à pied de la plus grande piste cyclable et piétonne du Québec ( la route verte), les magnifiques arbres et les couchers de soleil vous charmeront. La propriété est à seulement 30 minutes des pistes de ski des Laurentides et à environ 15 minutes de l'aéroport Montréal-Trudeau. Bientôt, dès le printemps 2024 une expérience thermale sera mise à la disposition des utilisateurs tels que: spa, sauna, bain froid, feu extérieur, quai de méditation, yoga, etc. Également dès l’été 2024 sera inclus dans votre location: canoë, kayak, paddleboard et plusieurs autres surprises.

Cette propriété vous offre confort, aventure, calme en pleine nature et avec tous les services de proximité incluant le magnifique village de Sainte-Rose avec ses boutiques et ses restaurants tous accessibles à quelques minutes de marche.

La maison est également située côté du train de banlieue de Sainte-Rose, des transports en communs et de la station de métro Montmorency

Exactly as advertised!

The house was gorgeous, and generally very clean. Everything is as advertised! We had our wedding here and it was the perfect space for everyone to get together! We had just over 30 in attendance, and the living spaces and seating on the first floor worked great! The second kitchen upstairs came in super handy as well! The yard is absolutely gorgeous and there's a beautiful walking path right out the front door. Will definitely be back!

I would not book this property again.

The property is very beautiful and is at a great location. We reached there around midnight after a long drive (12-13hrs long) and were too tired to take any pictures of the previously damaged items. With that being said, I would not book this property again mainly due to the owner making false accusations regarding furniture being moved around a bit and leaving the trash bag behind during check out. The owner also tried to pin previously damaged furniture (one window blind headrail and stained sofa) on me. I denied all the false accusations and eventually stopped replying to the owner when they kept on messaging/harassing me regarding the previously damaged items.

I’m very sorry that you felt that way. As I said the check out rules were very clear and stated many times especially when I authorized a late check out with pleasure usually that gives extra time to double check nothing is left behind. The house rules were very clear and you agreed with them before your arrival. It’s normal when there’s too many people partying that some things can get broken and you don’t see it. we just have to be honest and find a solution. As written no accusations were made since they were pictures from before and after showing all the evidence, without any proof of anything, I would never blame a guest at my house and that never happened before.

L’hébergement acceptait les animaux de compagnie et cela est très apprécié. Immense propriété, très belle et très propre avec superbe vue. Grand stationnement, grand vestibule très pratique en hiver. Splendide verrière. La porte d’un réfrigérateur est très difficile à ouvrir mais sinon il y a 2 belles grandes cuisines très efficaces. La maison est tellement grande et il y. a tellement de pièces que certains peuvent se retirer pour lire ou se reposer alors que d’autres préfèrent échanger et s’amuser ensemble. Merveilleux séjour!
