Perfect for golfers, sun bathers and nature lovers looking for peace and quiet! This top floor condo in the Coral Falls condominium complex within Lely Resort has been updated including the kitchen with new stainless appliances. Two bedrooms comfortably sleep four people (one king and two twin beds) with modern bedding including sheets and duvet comforters. The screened lanai has views out to the nature preserve and grassy lawn, where to the south you will find the community pool area, tiki huts for outdoor dining, and community BBQ grills. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall, chaise lounges for sunning, and a hot tub for soaking and enjoying the fresh Florida air and wooded preserve views that surround the complex. Located in Lely Resort, halfway between Naples and Marco Island, Coral Falls is walking distance to Starbucks and many other shopping and dining options along "Restaurant Row" and in the Freedom Square shopping center (located at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Collier Blvd). Golf at Lely Resort is minutes away and 2 championship courses are open to the public. Marco Island's pristine white sand beaches are about a 15-minute drive South. Olde Naples and the 5th Avenue South shopping and dining district as well as the beaches of Naples are about a 15-minute drive west.
