Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 18th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom unit offers unobstructed oceanfront views from the 18th floor. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include huge 65inch smart TV in living room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Our family has been vacationing in MB for decades and our stay this year at this condo was by far the most enjoyable..the condo is indescribably beautiful! Staff was incredible, so was the beach, the pools, the area. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Myrtle Beach. Great place

Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the ice cream shop right by the parking garage. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful.

Caribbean Resort on the beach

The property was nice, the staff was helpful when needed, and the condo was very nice. Good swi.ming area and excellent beach access. We were there for four nights and had no housekeeping services, no replinishing of soaps or tissue, no clean sheets. My only complaint is I was not forewarned about this practice.

Greatly enjoyed experience. Easy check in and check out process. My grandchildren had a wonderful time. The staff at Luxury rentals were so accommodating! The condo was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable.

Very enjoy our stay

At first I was hesitate to book because there’s no review and I usually love reading reviews before I book. But I’m glad I did ! Very fast response with the property team when we check in. The property looks actually like in the pictures, it’s so clean as it can be and this place is in the very good location near by so many restaurants and all attractions. They also have many pools indoor and outdoor for the rainy day. Overall very enjoy our stay!!!

Good condo for young family

Condo was clean and ready, easy check in process with good communication. Living space is very tight for the number of people to fill 3 bedrooms. 6 of us stayed and were kind of on top of each other in the kitchen and living room. If you have older teenage kids this might be too small compared to the corner units which are very spacious. Beds were comfortable, towels soft. Kitchen stocked but with cheap/low quality items of pots/pans/cooking utensils. Beach balcony was excellent with great views. Rental chairs and umbrellas available right below. Pool was fun for younger kids, included wrist bands for access to the “water park” which is 1 slide and some small solash pad type features. Lifeguards posted right out front and very friendly. All in all a good condo, not luxurious or spacious but if you’re mostly out and about and not planning on cooking a lot of meals this is a budget friendly option.

Great location! Condo is on the beach, within walking distance to several restaurants, and a few minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and the boardwalk/promenade. There a 2 beach chairs and an umbrella next to the washer (although, I was told there was neither. I’m not sure of their condition because I found them on the last day). You can rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. The unit has everything you need. Managers are very responsive; the master bathtub was draining very slowly. I sent a text and it was resolved the next day. The unit could use some touch up painting. As for the property, the outdoor lazy river had no current, so you did not move along. It was more of a stagnant pond. Both the outdoor pool and lazy river needed more attention from staff. There were cigarette butts and trash in both daily. The halls had a very unpleasant odor (death and formaldehyde). Parking is across the street.

Locked in

I got locked in this property three times and had to go buy tools to get out. The first time I was locked in for over an hour and when I called the number the lady was super rude and made me feel badly and was apologetic at all that I was panicked and separated from my children, the repair man came and rudely says “I guess I can get back to my dinner now before he left”
