PROPERTY DETAILS
This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is set directly across the road from Maroochydore Beach. This is a modern and newly renovated property, with multiple living and relaxation spaces. It is relaxing and perfect for your holiday, or visit.
We have three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 - King Bed
- Bedroom 2 - King Bed
- Bedroom 3 - 2 × King Single Beds
The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower, vanity and toilet.
AIRCONDITIONING
The property has fully ducted air-conditioning in the main living areas and the master bedroom you need to put the apartment swipe card into its holder on the left as you come through the front door in order to activate the aircon. The second and third bedroom both have ceiling fans.
We have a washing machine and dryer available for your use. There is a clothes line on the balcony, please be aware that no towels or clothes are to be hung on the balcony railing as this will result in a visit from the building manager.
The kitchen has fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking items.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The building has multiple other areas for your use:
1. Outdoor dining on the balcony and in the communal BBQ area by the pool
2. Balcony off the lounge
3. Pool, Sauna & Spa
Nearby Cotton Tree is only 150 metres away and is renowned for its fantastic location, beach, river, cafes, restaurants, Sunday Market and the coasts largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza) nearby
Apartment has high speed NBN unlimited internet and Smart TV allowing you to access your own digital streaming services.
This is a high quality, luxury apartment for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
Keys need to be collected from a local convenience store, the details will be sent to you upon booking. It is only a 1 minute drive from the apartment.
We have underground parking for one vehicle and unmetered street parking for any additional vehicles. Please be advised the street parking can get quite busy.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises.
