The Space:

Escape the hustle and bustle to this thoughtfully styled holiday apartment, situated directly opposite Marcoola beach.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, with quality appliances and all the essentials, you will have everything you need for a short or extended stay.



Open plan living and dining space that opens onto the extensive deck, complete with comfortable couch and BBQ.



Sleep well in the spacious master bedroom, with a plush queen bed, ensuite and glass sliding door to the balcony.



The second bedroom also has a queen bed and third bedroom a king single with pull out full size trundle.



The spiral external staircase takes you to the rooftop terrace, where you will find the jacuzzi, outdoor dining table and daybed. Unwind and take in the views from Mount Coolum out to the Pacific ocean. The perfect spot to enjoy a beverage from dusk to dawn.

Guest Access:

You will have the entirety of the apartment and rooftop terrace to enjoy. Secure garage parking for one car. The pool is shared with other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Marcoola Beach is located just north of Maroochy River and south of Coolum. Boasting quiet uncrowded beaches and a laid back atmosphere.



The markets held every Friday evening from 4 - 8pm offer an array of street food stalls, music and good times. They also hold a local farmers market on Saturday from 8am - 12pm.



Marcoola Surf life saving club is directly across the road from the apartment.



Great coffee shops and food all within easy walking distance.



Mount Coolum National Park is a 5 min drive. The walk to the top of the mountain is 800 metres long. Depending on how fast you travel it should take no longer than one hour to reach the top and return to the bottom. Once at the top the 360 degree view over the Sunshine Coast is simply stunning!

-SC Airport is a 7 minute drive.
