Welcome to this 1-bedroom, 1-bath oceanfront condo located at Bay View Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach. This inviting coastal retreat offers breathtaking ocean and pool views from the 10th floor, giving you the perfect setting for relaxation and fun.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size appliances including a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Average at best condo

Location is excellent, that's the only positive. Weed smoke smell was coming in through bathroom vent at times.. sofa had stains, all furniture including bed should be replaced.

Spring Break

The condo was nice. No complaints about the facility or the condo. Other than, the AC does not work and it was hot the entire trip. An easy repair. Just wanted you to be aware. The only thing I can say that is negative was about the wildness of the other guests in the lobby, pool areas, etc. my family and I could not enjoy the shared areas because the people staying here were VERY wild. We did not feel comfortable in the shared pool and lobby areas. Which is unfortunate. We actually felt unsafe especially on Friday and Saturday. I was however pleasantly surprised with the landscaping and the overall look of the facility, it was very pretty, and the beach was not crowded at all like we expected it would be in the middle of Myrtle Beach in Spring Break.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. From what I can see we were not made aware of the AC, had we been we would have sent maintenance over as soon as possible. We have a staff available by phone and text Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm as well as an after hours service. We encourage you to reach out when you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
