ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home quickly.
