Great location lots to do close to train statio

This place is awesome. The location was great lots of places to be able to get food neat places to visit. Go to Chinatown if you stay here.

Excellent location and value

This was perfect for our needs, so accessible to everything we wanted to do downtown! One thing we didn't quite anticipate was the pool & workout room being in a whole other building, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us. Very good value overall!

Easy walking distance. Train near by somewhat loud but fan drowned out the noise. Clean well furnished AC unit in living room worked good but noisy. Overall good place.

Vancouver stay

Nice place in a great location - right next to Gastown, Chinatown, and Rogers Arena. No shortage of things to do, places to eat, and shopping. Directions for check in were very clear as was for parking. The only issue was we couldn't figure out how to get the shower to work. Not a big deal for us as the tub worked fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Rogers Arena and BC Place!

1.5 bedroom was correct..the half bedroom was tiny and no windows or proper air circulation..so barely a suitable bedroom. Yes we saw the pictures! Quite surprised how noisy ie badly insulated the windows were.. a white noise machine in the bedroom would definitely be helpfull.. glad I had it with me as I did read the reviews. Overall..clean and great for the location that we needed.

Taylor swift concert

Great location. We were there for the Taylor swift concert. Elevators were slow and one was broken. Waited in lobby a lot at certain times. Communication with host was fantastic. Shower didn’t drain well. Funny smell in half bedroom. Used febreeze to fix it.

Just a couple points for the owner. Good location and unit overall. Couple items to look at. Could not lock the door using keypad. Bathroom door jams in the closed position. Toilet did not always refill, happened a few times. Regards Manuel

The property was in a super awesome location and really easy to get to all our destination spots. The view from the condo was great and the condo appeared very clean. The individual we had contact with was helpful with some missing details and responded quickly. There was some challenges with check in, and trying to navigate parking at check out. I would say the condo would be better suited to 3 maybe 4 people who are not fussy sleepers. Overall, would likely stay again but would navigate it differently. Do bring ear plugs. Hockey game nights get very loud and constant sky train noise.

Unsafe check in

Keypad to unit was broken so door was unlocked when we arrived and keys were inside. When I contacted the owner he tried to explain that it was okay because the building door required an entry code. Well we walked right in behind someone so not true. Not a safe check in at all. Bed and couch were really uncomfortable and we were planning to be there for 7 nights. We left the property and stayed at a hotel. Rather than apologizing for the poor check in the owner was rude and argued with me. Not worth the money. Other places in Vancouver would be much nicer and safer for same price.

Ok space for 3 or 4, shorter stays, but noisy

Pros: space ok for 3 or 4, nice view; Costco, asian grocery, liquor store, Arena and BC place across the street (can get noisy concert nights), many restos on Abbott; Cons: train noise very high and continuous. As far as the condo, the space is adequate for 3 or 4, but the sofa in the living room is hard and sleeps 1 (the back folds down leaves a bar at 2/3 so another adult would be difficult). Kitchen is good and usable. There are lots of vrbo'ers in the building and some long term residents made strong comments to us in elevator. As far as noise, inside the building we had no problem. It's a busy area day and night and some homeless here and there, it's on the edge of Chinatown. Suggestions to host(s): it would be good to have a sliding safety latch inside besides the combination lock because anyone with the code could open it. Host communication was lacking and a bit confusing; more info and faster responses needed. Host Steve did not respond to my requests for check-in info 48 hours before arrival. I got worried, tried the phone number a couple of times and reached Brendan not Steve, who didn't know where Steve was, but was the co-host. He sorted things out, sent us the info right away, and was helpful during our stay, but this should all be spelled out in the instructions and less confusing. We stayed 9 nights, I think this location might be better suited to a shorter stay.
