*This is a centrally located home in downtown Vancouver near a Sky Train station. City lights and noise are unavoidable. However, if you are a very light sleeper, blackout curtains are provided in the bedroom and ear plugs are complimentary.
*The parking space is tight and may require some maneuvering. It is big enough for large SUVs and smaller trucks.
*When exiting or entering a parking gate with your vehicle, you must wait for the gate to FULLY close behind you before driving away. You will be charged $150 for each violation.

Excellent experience staying here. Communication was above and beyond (detailed, clear instructions for parking, check-in, etc — including a video !). All the amenities were great. Place was super clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay, everything very nice. But frankly, I can’t rate the pool, as we never saw it used it, but the site requires a rating and doesn’t allow an N/A. So 5 stars for Jim and Naomi, not so much for the VRBO app.

We stayed for a week. The condo had quality furnishings and was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need. It is close to public transportation, and walkable to Gastown. We look forward to staying here again.

Authentic downtown Vancouver experience! Host was helpful with check-in instructions and videos making access to building and apt unit a breeze. Apartment had luxury amenities and we appreciated all the little extras and attention to details. Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Location is close to everything we needed and we enjoyed walking to Gastown for dinner.

Wonderful location

Perfect place to use as a base camp. Close to Sky train. Walking distance to so many places. Bery clean with everytging you will need to make your stay wondeful!

Conveniently Located

Property was exactly as described. It worked well for us because the small office could fit a pack n play and served as the baby's room. The pool and game rooms were also nice. The location is walking distance from Gastown and right across the street from costco which was great for us.

Gateway to the city

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The host was very communicative and accommodating. My friend and I stayed here for a bike trip and we were very comfortable. There’s easy access to the city, SkyTrain stop nearby, a short walk to BC Place, Rogers Arena, Yaletown and False Creek. Definitely looking forward to a return trip!

Great Location

We came in to see a game at BC Place and were very happy with the location. Not only were we in short walking distance of BC Place but also the Rogers Arena, China Town, Gastown, shopping, restaurants, etc. A great home base for a trip to Vancouver with a great view. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I'll add that the host was very friendly and responsive. We truly felt like he was happy to have us.

Excellent location next to Chinatown metro stop and grocery. Host is very responsive. The unit is well stocked with coffee, snacks, toiletries,and everything needed for cooking. We were lazy and used Door Dash. Great washer and dryer. Nice gym and pool. Small but comfortable unit. The only odd thing is no AC in the bedroom so door had to be left open since our stay was in July. First ck in was a challenge - be sure to watch the videos the host provided.We didn’t but we figured it out. Very secure building. We enjoyed our stay.

Heart of downtown getaway

This cozy little unit was the perfect fit for my son and I on a spring break getaway to the city for a few nights. We were close to the skytrain and all that downtown has to offer- the cleanliness of the unit, personal touches from the host, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and peekaboo views made it a great experience. These are hosts that care about your stay and I have no hesitation recommending anyone to stay here! We hope to be back :) thank you!

Perfect stay for

My son and I flew down to Vancouver to enjoy the AC/DC concert and we chose this property just based on the location to the stadium. Before we even started our travel to Vancouver Jim already started welcoming us and provided us detailed instructions on how to get to the building and how to check in and also park our vehicle. If this is all i got I'd be happy but when we arrived in the appt we were suprised on how clean the unit was and all the extras and welcoming feeling they provide you with. Than the less than 5min walk to the BC place was nice when not having to worry about parking or trains and if you were there for a hockey game or concert in Rogers it is just accross the street. Hands down one of the best stays ive had in and rental. Thank you!

Love it, love it, love it!

This home was an absolute gem! Its central location put us within a stone's throw of Rogers Arena and Yaletown, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The convenience of having a Skytrain station at the doorstep, nearby grocery stores, and a variety of dining options was a game-changer. Plus, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The added bonus for my family was the pool, a delightful treat for the kids. Whether you're here for a game, a night out, or a Vancouver adventure, this place is a perfect haven. I can't wait to return!

Location. Location. Location.

Right next door to Roger’s for the Pearl Jam concerts. Pizza by the slice and Subway right next door. Plenty of pubs within a 5-10min walk. Check in/check out was a bit of a pain trying to find parking, then going upstairs to get the parking fob and then back to the car to finally get settled. Doesn’t seem like there’s a workaround however and it was a minor inconvenience for an otherwise great stay. Condo had everything you could think of needing. Overall great stay and perfect spot for concerts or sporting events.

Amazing stay in Vancouver

My teen son and I came to town for a Spring break getaway, and we had such an incredible stay. We loved the location of the condo and the views from the balcony. There is nothing quite like city lights. Jim and Naomi obviously have put a lot of thought into making their place super comfortable for their guests. It truly has all of the comforts of home, and I found myself wishing that I could stay for a month. One of my favorite things other than the very comfortable bed was enjoying a Nespresso coffee every morning. I have stayed in numerous VRBOs and it's the little things that sets the great places apart. The check-in videos were very helpful - especially for the parking. :) Thank you, Jim and Naomi. It was a very special time with my son, and we have some really great memories from our trip. We hope to visit again.
