This luxury 1 bedroom condo is an urban oasis in a prime Vancouver location right where Yaletown, Downtown, and False Creek converge. This building is home to many of cities influential residents and visiting celebrities.

Ideal for couples and professionals, this is a perfect stay for those traveling on business or looking to experience the best of Vancouver.

You are minutes away from Vancouver’s scenic False Creek, Yaletown’s hip cafes and top-rated restaurants, to Vancouver’s entertainment strip on Granville Street; all within walking distance. You can also walk over the Granville Street bridge to take in the beautiful views and visit the world-famous Granville Island.

The space
This modern stylish contemporary 1 bedroom offers high-end and comfortable furnishings offering everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The bedroom contains a beautiful queen-sized bed with luxurious top-rated bedding and ample space in the wall-to-wall closet. A spacious bathroom with a deep tub to soak in all the relaxation required.

There is a full kitchen, dining room, and living room offering spectacular views of the city skyscraper and Granville Bridge. The sofa bed in the living also turns into a comfortable queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress.

Planning on getting some work done? This space offers a private modern office with an adjustable electric standing desk designed to make your workstation set up comfortable according to your needs. The unit also comes with a fiber 1G internet connection perfect for zoom calls or working with large files on the cloud.

You can also indulge yourself with a glass of wine on the private balcony overlooking the city views or catch up on some Netflix inside on the 43-inch Samsung Frame TV.

There are complimentary Nespresso coffee pods and tea so guests can help themselves at any time. Kitchen staples include pots, frying pans, cutlery, and dishes, etc.

We could not have chosen a better place, location, or host. The views from the unit were wonderful, and the bed very comfortable. We were just a few blocks from a number of cafes and restaurants, and were able to easily walk to the art gallery and theater. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Vancouver.

Omar's place is very comfortable, clean, and welcoming! We enjoyed eating "at home" as well as out at ZabZaab. The temperature was just right, Omar is very available, the key pick-up at 7-11 was handy, and the area of Yaletown has lots to offer. A highlight was renting bikes at "Bees Knees" and biking around the Stanley Park seawall!

Omar’s place was beautiful and exactly as shown on the listing. It was clean, had sufficient linens that were available. We used the washer and dryer and they were quality appliances. We are elderly and appreciated the elevator! Definitely book with him!

What a lovely apartment in a fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed being near the Yaletown neighborhood. Omar is very easy to communicate with, and everything in the apartment was clean and functional. Picking up the key was relatively straightforward, but finding the parking garage was a bit complicated. Once we got settled, everything went very smoothly. We’d love to visit again.

The property was as advertised on VRBO. It was bright and cheerful and provided a wonderful place to relax after busy afternoons and evenings. The location was fantastic and we used the AQUA BUS several times to hop over to Granville Island for an Improv Show and dinner. Very close to other transportation and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung für einen Besuch in Vancouver sehr empfehlen. Der Skytrain ist nicht weit entfernt und man kann Downtown Vancouver und den Stanley Park gut zu Fuß erreichen. Nahe der Wohnung kann man sich sehr gut in einem Fresh Market versorgen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut aussgetattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Konversation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns gut umsorgt und sehr wohl.

Convention Trip to Vancouver

We (2 adult females) stayed at Omar's condo and the description and pictures were accurate. Lovely place and great location as our events were at the Convention Center and the BC Stadium. Not a difficult walk to either but we cheated several times and did Uber. Walked to Granville Island water taxi, walked to grocery store and many restaurants as well. Very close to a park and good waterfront walking. Great shopping on Burrard Street. Lovely stay

As promised

Lovely little apartment with full kitchen and enough space for two. It was neat and clean and well located, particularly if you're interested in Granville Island and Yaletown with a 20 minute walk to Canada Place where you'll find shuttles to Sea-to-Sky, Capilano and other touristy destinations. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, umbrellas (much needed) and hair dryer. It was also nice to have a washer / dryer in the unit.

Omar was great host and was responsive with our inquiries and his place was very clean and accurate to the photos and description. We were walking distance to many places and also walked to waterfront which was approx. 30 mins.
