Located within the National Seashore offering spectacular ocean views is this wonderful vacation rental. The house in front of this home was removed in the fall of 2024 and so this home is now considered waterfront. The beach access is just over a half mile away. The main floor of this home has a warm and open feel with knotty pine walls and sparkling water views from every room. There is a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and family area in the front of the house with two bedrooms in the back of the house, one with a queen bed and one with a double bunk on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a living room and full bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a finished lower level which includes a large family room with television, laundry closet, and a second full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The exterior has so much to boast about. Find out why the National Seashore is so special. The back yard offers a patio area with firepit, while the front yard has a wrap-around deck with dining table and chairs, and a new enclosed front yard post and beam fence with screen reinforcement. There are lounge chairs, benches and a hammock to just sit and soak in the best of what nature has to offer.

Amenities include: New ductless mini split air conditioning units; one in each bedroom, main living area, and in the lower level, wireless internet and TV service by Hughs net, dishwasher, electric range, drip coffee maker and French press, one television and washer and dryer in the lower level, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, gas grill, outdoor furniture, hammock, and outdoor shower. Sheets and towels are not provided but may be rented or you may bring your own.

Location: This home is located several yards from the Atlantic ocean with no direct access to the beach in front of the house. See maps to view closest access to the beach. Coast Guard Beach is just 1.6 miles away and the bike trail on Brackett Road is approximately 2.3 miles away. FYI - Coast Guard Beach has been on the 10 best beaches in the country for the past several years. Campground Beach and Great Pond, on the bay side of town, are just under 4 miles away. Orleans center is 7.1 miles away and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market are about 3.5 miles away. Eastham is also home to The Cape Cod National Seashore with the Salt Pond Visitor's Center about 3 miles away from this property.
