Summary:
Come and enjoy the lake at the foot of the chalet!

Open concept living room, kitchen and dining area is ideal for multiple families or big groups. The downstairs game room is features a pool table and air hockey.

A private dock in the backyard gives you full access to the lake. During winter time, in La Minerve Village, you can find several activities such as cross country skiing, ice skating rink, le p'tit train du Nord and ATV trails.

The Space:
You will receive arrival instructions 48 hours before the start of your stay.

The property is 15 minutes from the town of Labelle where you can find all you need such as a bank, grocery store, SAQ, etc.

Other Things to Note:
From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Good winter tires are recommended for the winter & spring seasons.

We’d be happy to welcome your furry friend! Pets are welcome upon prior approval, and an additional fee applies. Feel free to reach out with some details about your four-legged companion so we can confirm their stay.

Stunning view day and night from all the windows, spacios rooms, bathrooms, hallways, full kitchen for everything you might want to cook, great hottub, playroom and deck on the lake. The check-in was not that easy because of the Reservations software. Make sure you complete everything there including security deposit and get a code to the entrance door. At this, the Manager was available and helped right away.

Immense chalet, accès à l’eau difficile

Très grand chalet, cuisine bien enquipee, lits confortables et assez de assez de salle de bain pour ne pas avoir de « congestion » même avec 4 ado et 2 adultes. Par contre, pas vraiment de « pit à feu » agréable dehors (aucune chaise), une chance qu’il a fait très chaud. Le quai n’est pas comme sur le photo, il est plutôt très petit et ne donne pas accès au lac vraiment, le bord de l’eau est toujours à l’ombre et pas vraiment beaucoup de place pour s’installer. Il n’y avait aucune embarcation fournie pour aller sur l’eau (pas de kayak comme sur les photos). Un peu décevant puisqu’on décide de louer par rapport à ce qu’on voit sur les photos. La salle de jeu manque aussi d’amour, un peu comme tout le reste en fait. On a heureusement eu la température de notre côté. Les communications avec les proprio étaient également difficile, il s’agit d’une centrale de réservation donc, à notre arrivée on avait pas le bon code pour entrer et cela prenait toujours un bon délai pour nous répondre.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage with our family. Loved the open concept layout! The recliners were a hit for family movie nights. Each room had a beautiful view of the lake. The dock had a nice shallow entrance with clean warm waters to swim in. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here and will surely return!

Excellent property with beautiful views

The checkin process was smooth. The property was clean and has nice decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. All 4 bedrooms have lake view and are specious. The playroom had an attached solarium.Overall we enjoyed the stay and would like to return to enjoy this property in summer time.

Lazy bear.

We had a great vacation there. Beautiful views. Very relaxing. Lots of wildlife and walking trails the house is wired with sound system but never figured out how to use it. Just listened to music off the tvs. Over all a great stay! There was one tea towel and No ovens mits was my only complaint. Be sure to pack teatowels and oven mits.

Perfect Getaway from It All

Everything about the house & location is beautiful and very far from real life. The house is better than is pictured. It sits right on gorgeous Lake Labelle, which you can see from every window. The house is large, clean and gorgeous. I was with some people who love cooking and they couldn't stop raving about the kitchen. The lake is clear and clean, and sitting on the dock is nirvana. The house is reached by driving down some partially paved roads through woods (we saw deer, beavers, etc) and you really feel as though you've left the real world behind. It really was the perfect Zen experience and I couldn't recommend it more.
