Only steps away from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.  This home has extended high-speed WIFI if you need to work while lounging on the beach.

This home really does have it all: each bedroom has a tv, ceiling fan and it’s own bathroom. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a gas range, refrigerator, 2 beverage refrigerators, a double wall oven and 2 dishwashers! There is also plenty of seating between the large dining table and the kitchen bar.  Upstairs features a sitting area with large screen TV.  Laundry area is on this level with 2 washers and 2 dryers.   No cable, but every TV is smart and you can stream all of your favorite movies and shows with merge tv!

After a great day on the beach or at the pool, you have 2 enclosed private hot and cold outside showers for those who would rather enjoy as much fresh air as they can.  Play corn hole while you are grilling on the gas grill or watch TV in the outside cabana area under the home.  Full size refrigerator located in this cabana also.

The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your luggage between floors. Please follow displayed instructions.

All weekly rentals receive beach & bath towel sets (one beach towel, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) and 6 bath mats.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

***Pool may be heated from September - May upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pool can be heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.  Pool heater cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.  Please call for more details.***
