Surf Song #211 - (Walk Up - No Elevator) All New inside, 2024 remodel. Updated 1 bedroom 1 bath suite at Surf Song Resort. One Queen Bed in bedroom. All new flooring, new granite kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range & microwave and newer refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD Smart televisions in living area and bedroom. While on the smaller side at 366 sq ft., Surf Song 211 offers a great deal to be at the beach.

Please note all guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before any reservation is confirmed.

Quiet second floor walk up location. Not a beach view, but just steps to Surf Songs heated pool and white sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach.

Guests enjoy the easy convenience of being just steps away from every amenity, including bbq facilities and of course, the incredible white sandy beach, the gulf waters and relaxing heated pool. And just across the street? John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. | | Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The bathroom was so tiny, but for the price, it could be overlooked. Be prepared to provide your own paper towels and handsoap. You can't beat the proximity to the beach and dining at John's Pass, though.

We enjoyed the comfortable queen size bed, comfortable couch and all plates, utensils , pots and Pans in the renovated kitchen. We enjoyed the freshly painted light blue paint colors throughout the unit. It was very quiet . We appreciated being able to walk across the street to Johns Pass and to walk a few steps to get to the swimming pool and beach. Super clean , cute decor, good lighting and quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans. Plenty of towels and washcloths.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for one week (2/24-3/2/24) in unit #211. Small 1/1 but clean unit sufficed for a one week stay. Good for a couple, if you don't mind a bathroom tge size of a RV bathroom that becomes a sauna when you shower (no exhaust lfan). TV in bedroom is a Amazon Firestix (have to set up a Amaxon account and register tge TV to your account to use it). Ice maker in refrigerator is not hooked up, and had no ice cube trays to make ice. Queen size bed was good, but very soft mattress. It's a walk up (12 steps), so not conducive for elders or handicapped. Unit would work very well for a single. Had to repeatedly reboot the Spectrum box in the living room (would randomly just wink out mid program).
