Questa villa recentemente ristrutturata si affaccia maestosamente sulla baia orientale.
in un ambiente tranquillo e boscoso potrete godervi il comfort di tre camere doppie. Ognuno di loro ha un letto king size, un bagno privato con servizi igienici, uno spogliatoio e soprattutto una vista mozzafiato sul mare. .

This is an awesome property perfect for 3 couples. We had plenty of space, great bedrooms and an awesome host. Alex is the best! It was clean and had everything we needed. Outstanding.

The house was clean and fresh. The pool was refreshing with a great view. Alex was great with handling any issues we may have had or questions. Highly recommend the house and the host. Very convenient to get down to the beach, we drove or walked.

Amazing in Every Way

We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and this is by far the best place we have ever stepped foot in. The owner is friendly and professional and the villa is breathtakingly gorgeous. Every thing about this place was perfect. From the location and ambience to the magnificent furnishings—— all fantastic. We enjoyed having coffee each day with this view. We hope to come back again when we can!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and views are wonderful. Very short distance to a lot of great restaurants. The host was great. He met us at check in and stopped by before we left.

Villa Topaze - True Gem!

I stay in the Villa Topaz was remarkable! The setting is absolutely stunning, the furnishings sublime… We felt like we were on a movie set! Everything we needed was there, and the location within walking to the village of Orient Bay made it one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had!

Great stay at Orient Bay!

Wonderful property within great community. Wonderful pool overlooking the bay. Great location right across from some of the best restaurants and beach on the island. Hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Villa in a great location.

A great property with an outstanding view of Orient Bay. The villa is very comfortable for 6 people. The location is perfect and close to everything. Alex, the owner, is very responsive to any needs you may have. Going back next year!

Hi: We agree that all the previous reviews were right on. Stayed 2 weeks, January 2025 4 people. However, as annual Caribbean travelers, we have some suggestions. Add to Villa descirption Highlight 2 levels, 18 stairs to lower level to bedroom,bath,gym & washer/dryer. Need hand rail, when caring luggage,clothes,etc. Upper level has kitchen,toliot,living room,2 bedrooms & pool. Every room requires going up or down 3 to 6 steps.Add gap bars. Only 1 TV, terrible for 4 - 6 people. Add more TV's. TV & internet not reliable, cable goes off every 10 minutes, need to start over. Bedrooms need small readng lights. Pool could be heated. , Driveway is steep, need AWD or SUV. Villa needs above issues, for the price.

Best Vacation Rental on the Island

This Villa was amazing. The pictures look breathtaking on the listing, but they still don’t do it justice once you have the opportunity to see it in person. The place was very clean. The AC worked great in every room. The pool was perfect. We had no issues with insects at the pool, didn’t even need bug spray. The location is perfectly located in a gated community directly across the street front Orient Bay where you have access to several restaurants, shops, and arguably the nicest beach on the island. There is another large shopping center approximately five minutes away. We did not experience any issues or loss of utilities. Alex was available if we needed him, but the house had everything we needed so we didn’t have to reach out to him. Check-in was very easy, which is important after a long flight. Alex was a perfect host. You actually get cleaning services during your stay which we didn’t realize until we were there. Alex was also gracious enough to extend or trip by one day at no additional charge because we arrived one day late due to an issue with my one year old son’s passport. This is the perfect property for your stay, look no further.

The pictures were a perfect representation of the property. The owners were very responsive and offered additional help like grocery delivery and car rental. We will definitely come back and stay again! It was an added bonus to have maid service throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay. We vacationed with three couples and the space was perfect. Great location! Pool was awesome after a day of venturing around the island to relax in before we would go out to dinner either in Orient village or Grand Case both close and a lot of great choices and an easy drive! We enjoyed dinner at Blue Martini in Grand Case and Kayaking with Caribbean paddling! Can’t wait to visit again!

Villa parfaite!

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à la villa. Nous étions proches des restaurants qui sont tous très bons, près de toutes les commodités et la vue qu'offre la villa est sublime!! De nos 3 voyages à St-Martin, c'est à cet endroit que nous avons préféré séjourner et souhaitons y retourner sans hésitation. La maison était propre et confortable (les matelas king super!!) la piscine wow!! Allez y sans craintes... notre expérience fut impeccable! Je recommande fortement.

all I can say, is Paradise

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property. The pictures don’t do it justice. I travel a lot and this is one of the most beautiful places. I’ve stayed . Came here for my 10th year anniversary with husband sister and her husband. We love orient Bay. I think we picked one of the best places you could find. The food was amazing. The nice thing is you cross right over from where you’re staying and you have plenty restaurants beautiful beaches. I highly recommend taking a water taxi over to the island across the way.Totally enjoyed. Alex was wonderful whenever we had an issue he address it right away. My only complaint would be every once in a while I could not get a hot shower. I’m sure it’s because of being on the island so there was nothing really anyone could do. I decided to stay and enjoy the view in the pool a couple of nights the kitchen facilities were great. Had whatever we needed. Definitely will come back again.

10 Fabulous Days In Orientation Bay

Villa Topaz was a wonderful place to stay! Severine and Alex have created a chic and beautiful environment that offers an incredible view of Orient Bay. We enjoyed exploring the island, dining at great restaurants, and coming back for refreshing afternoon swims in the beautiful infinity pool.

Wonderful!

We have been to a couple different Caribbean island, but this was our first visit to St. Martin. The house has spectacular views, was very clean, close to magnificent beaches, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. The setup & layout is perfect for three couples (we only had 2), or friends who want their own private bedroom suites. However, the communal space may be a little tight or a larger group, but worked great for us 4. The only suggestion I would make is you get an SUV, or Jeep, if you are renting a car. The driveway is extremely difficult to navigate, due to the grade of the land, and how steep the hillside is. We had a smaller Volkswagen sedan, and could get to the top of the driveway, but not into it, so parked at the top and made the short walk down. Location: Being on the Frenh side, almost everything in the main grocery store, and pharmacy, is in French, so if you do not know the language, might be a bit of a barrier, but you’ll manage. The smaller grocery in Orient Village had a few more things in English, as did the groceries on the Dutch side. The island itself was very easy to navigate, but just be prepared for a lot of slow moving traffic sad there is really only one main road around the island. That said, getting to Philipsburg was less than a 1/2 hour. Alex, our contact for the house, was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient.. a pleasure to deal With. Overall, fantastic trip, and look forward to a future visit!!
