Freshly laid lawn provides private lawn space for picnics and play. Set on a quiet street yet close to Butler Train Station and Butler Central shops and takeaway outlets.
Secure parking and fully ducted air conditioning. Bus route close by.

The space:

Hidden behind a secure gated 20 meter long driveway you will find your own slice of paradise complete with your own private yard that includes a thatched gazebo. The verandah overlooks the night lights. Beach inspired living room includes a double fold out bed, lounge and desk space. The main bedroom is separate and offers a queen sized bed, louvered windows, ceiling fan, air conditioning and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom includes a washing machine and a glass enclosed shower recess with handheld showering facilities and a separate W/C. High ceilings throughout and contemporary styling in neutral colours.

Guest access:

Grassed yard approximately 48sqm with the gazebo solely for guest use. Relax here and enjoy the summer breezes. Surrounded by tropical gardens all set securely behind locked double gates.

Other things to note:

The Granny Flat is fully furnished and fully equipped. Bedding and towels provided. Travel cot, high chair, books and toys available upon request.

Hi Gaynor. Our ducted heating is set at 24 degrees. It seems everyone has a different body temperature gauge. We did supply you with an electric fan heater as well as soon as you communicated that you were still cold.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The cosy Granny flat is situated in a quiet place. It was lovely seeing & listening to the birds. There are local amenities.The host & her son, were both very friendly and helpful.There's so much to see & do; Beaches, Yanchep National Park, Wanneroo Botanic Gardens/Mini Golf & Glow Golf, The Pinnacles, etc. We did a return journey from Butler Station to Perth city. Another time we went to Freemantle.There are a lot of places locally to go out to eat. Our favourite Indian is "Two Fat Indians" Turnstone St, Alkimos.

Convenient location

Great location for short term holiday. Easy access to shops and transport if required. Kitchen appliances allow easy self catering, adequate refrigeration space. Would have liked better cooking equipment in the form of saucepans and roasting dish as our stay was in excess of three weeks. Bathroom facilities excellent and laundry appliance well used and appreciated. Overall, very happy with our experience!
