Welcome to "Serene Tides," a new beach home off of the world famous beaches of 30A! This gorgeous new home is only a 2 minute bike ride or drive to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool! Brand new hot tub just delivered!! (Photos coming soon)



Upon entering this brand new and beautifully decorated beach home, your eyes are drawn from one side of the home to the other, while you take in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Right past the kitchen you will find the first of three guest King bedroom suites, featuring a spacious king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The dining area features a large farmhouse style table with comfortable seating for 8, and additional seating for 4 at the expansive kitchen island! This well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as being beautifully furnished with stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. Off this first level of the home you will find a large screened lanai, with a comfortable seating area, tv, and a propane grill for nights you want to cook out at the home. Soak under the stars in the brand new hot tub — the perfect place to relax, recharge, and let your stress melt away. A half bath, and laundry room complete this level of the home for your added convenience.



The second level of the home features the second of the homes guest King suites, a set of built-in full over full hallway bunk beds, access to covered a balcony off the front of the home, and the homes large Master suite.



Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find a bunk room with 2 sets of built-in twin over twin bunks, a large loft, wet bar and a full bathroom. The homes second living area is costal and comfortable with a sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a large flat screen tv, and a checkers game table for those lazy nights at home. Right off of the loft you will find the homes fourth full bathroom conveniently fit with a shower/tub combo for getting all the sand off the kiddos after a long day at the beach!

While staying at, "Mermaid Manor," you can enjoy taking a bike ride to 30A's newest beach access, around the corner to the neighborhoods community pool, or to a locals favorite restaurant, "Stinky's Fish Camp!" All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay. To protect your health and safety we do not provide any condiments, or seasonings for guest use.
