Carmen is a 22 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. She was an award-winning host within just 5 months of opening! To see why, check out the VIDEO of the suite, yard, patio, carport and views! And, you may want to check the reviews before reading further, they will convince you this is the perfect place for you.

Carmen is a resident of Alburqurque and is on site, unlike out-of-state hosts/investors.
Her home is in the fly zone -many days hot air balloons fly over or near by. You literally have a birds eye view of them and, the birds!

The large bedroom has a wall of views - hot air balloons, the Sandia mountains, the Rio Grande valley and the city - twinkling Hollywood views from your bed or patio!

The bed is super comfortable! After the views, it's the #1 thing guests comment on.

Getting around is super easy and fast. All the attractions are within 5 miles. US40 and Rt 66 are 1 mile away and US 25 is 3 miles. The airport and Amtrak are 6 miles away.

We have two fenced yards for your pets to explore - $20 non-refundable pet fee.

Xfinity WiFi

You can self-check-in and will have your own gated car port with room for RV parking.

You'll also have a washer/dryer, kitchenette, large master bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower

Eymos is a great human being firstly, and the details show, he thinks of everything that you could possibly need, highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience desert living with quite a few creature comforts
The views are breath taking
Little lounging areas all over are a big attention to detail
Just a little creature comfort
A little propane heater to keep you warm plus comfortable comforters to bundle up with Petrified National Forest is only 10 to 15 min away

I thought Carmen's place was really nice. The yard is beautiful and I really enjoyed Carmen's artwork displayed. The bed was comfortable and the studio is tastefully decorated.

Albuquerque surprise!

Carmen's place is perfect to relax and enjoy an amazing view overlooking the surprising city of Albuquerque. We'd never been and it was a delight. The people, art and culture were great and we can't wait to plan a return trip. Carmen was easy to communicate with and the place was neat as a pin. The bed was crazy comfy too! She even had a booklet about the city and amenities that we found super helpful. I highly recommend her bungalow for a cozy and happy stay!

Lovely, if you don’t plan to do a lot of cooking. The dual counters in the bathroom were handy!Quiet neighborhood, great view on the patio right outside the door, lovely homemade artwork decorating the walls, for sale and affordable ! We encourage you to watch the video to get a sense of this homey guest room-plus.

Safe and Close to I-40

Easy to get to from I-40. We had a quick overnight and great sleep knowing car was safe behind gate. In morning found a great local coffee shop, Cutbow Roasters, and local co-op for breakfast. Would stay here again, hopefully with more time to enjoy the views from back of property.
