With ample seating for everyone, relish snacks and chilled beverages while immersing yourself in your preferred entertainment on the expansive 70” Smart TV or continue the festivities in the bonus area beneath the house. Boasting over 1,500 square feet of shade, this screened-in area is dedicated to family enjoyment equipped with a Tiki Bar, fans, swings, ping pong, and ample lounging space brimming with games. The possibilities for fun are endless and let’s not forget everyone’s favorite outdoor firepit for s’mores to extend your family fun well into the evenings under the stars.
