Welcome to this spectacular 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom elevated ground floor unit at The Shores in Redington Beach! Walk right out the back sliders and onto the pristine white sandy beach! If you are looking to relax you have come to the right place! Take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the BBQ located onsite or simply kick up your feet on your private patio and enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen is spacious and opens up to the large dining room and living room! The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and also allows access to the patio and sparkling views of the Gulf waters! The primary bath is equipped with a walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has two double beds. The Shores is centrally located on Redington Beach making shopping, restaurants and area attractions convenient and easy to get to. Less than 45 minutes to downtown Tampa, St. Pete and TPA! Book your stay today!!

Getaway

The Shores condominiums are very well maintained. It is a small building so it is not very crowded. The unit was clean, and so convenient to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many different condos over time. This is by far the best. Steps away from the beach. It's quite and everything you need is there. Spacious,clean,you can hear the ocean from the main bedroom and the living room. We are all ready making plans to come back in September. We have finally found a condo that we will book over and over.

Like taking your rusty wore out car to the hot rod car show.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hopefully the rental company has time to inspect the place a little better rather than just “cleaning it” before the next guests check in and get burned. The complex, beach, pool, parking, views, etc were absolutely amazing! However, the condo unit itself is decrepit, wore out, filthy, and in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. There is black mold in both of the bathrooms and ductwork due to no fans or ventilation. There is a 1/2” gap under the front door where the cockroaches come in. The stove worked two out of the six days we were there (we had to go buy a griddle to cook). The dryer doesn’t work (we had to take our laundry elsewhere). The door wall slider needs repair. The paint and patch work looks like a work in progress. The kids Bedroom door handle fell off, the closet door handle is missing. The weirdest part of it all was the “rv” style accordion door in the “master” bath...in all my years, I’ve never seen anything like that. We’ve stayed at tons of places in this area on the beach over the last decade and although this was a last minute find to get us out of a jam, it’s a 250 dollar a night kind of place (at best) not a $550 a night kind of place. As mentioned, everything around it was absolutely beautiful which helped us tolerate it and it has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs a lot of work and your company should be more transparent about that when renting it.

The unit could use some refreshing which I understand will be happening with the new owner. The grounds are well kept, a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Only 20 units at this building.
