Stayed for 5 nights. Great little spot with everything you need. Nice to not worry about parking. We would stay again

Pleasant and relaxing

We discovered a new favorite seaward villas was a delightful stay. We could hear the musical concerts going on at the royal princess while at the beach. Close to grocery store. We had an ocean view every morning while sipping our coffee and tea. A joyful spot at a good price.

I liked that the property is oceanside and it wasn't too far of a walk to the ocean. I also appreciated the private parking under the building. There is also a small area outside that you can store your beach items & then lock the door. This place is decorated nicely & has nice furniture. It is definitely a smaller place though & perfect for 2 people, even though you could sleep 4 with the sofa bed, but it would be cramped. The kitchen & bathroom are on the small side and could use a little updating. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable & folded away nicely. This condo is pretty much as shown in the pics. The street is very busy though since so many people were staying at the Hotel Princess Royale which is directly across the street. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal leaking & not working, but that was fixed. The slow drainage issue with bathroom sink remained. Also, the screen kept falling off the track each time we would go outside or back in, so we just closed the sliding doors each time, so we wouldn't have to keep bothering with it. There are shops & restaurants close to the vicinity as well, but since you are on the corner of 91st & Coastal Hwy, you do hear all the traffic noise. That was the downfall of not having a bedroom, haha! It's decent for the price, and it is a cute little place but with no bedrooms, it could've been priced a little better especially since fees are added on. All in all though, it was a nice stay with no major issues.
