This house was perfect for our weekend trip with friends and family for ECU Parents weekend. Clean, spacious and close to shopping and stadium. We would return to this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and clean. We had plenty of room to visit and enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect. Staying on Charles Blvd. allowed quick and easy access to restaurants, shopping and the college. We would rent again.

We stayed here for a weekend visit to see my daughter who goes to ECU. This house is in a very convenient location. I loved how easy it was to get everywhere & to be so close to my daughter. The house is very clean & suited our needs perfectly. We were out all day during the days & had all of our meals out so I can’t speak to any kitchen use, but we were very comfortable during the evenings as we relaxed after busy days out & about.

Amazing Vacation

The house was just like what is advertised on the website. The host was amazing about contacting me about a question that I had asked. The location of the house was a great area. It was downtown and it was in a great location and you are close to restaurants and the mall.

Nice place for a quick stay

Location is great if your intent is to attend anything ECU related. Within walking distance of a mall and grocery store is 5 mins away. Listing is accurate didn't have any issues during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. The space and beds were very comfortable and house is located in great location close to college shopping and restaurants. Sonya the property manager was most helpful and kind!

A nice home on a busy street poorly managed

This is a spacious, reasonably furnished home. It’s located on a very busy main thoroughfare which we knew but won’t be for everyone. We experienced a well-intentioned owner dealing with a 3rd party manager. Of this group, someone lacks adequate control of the rental experience. They failed at elemental things like providing towels when we checked in and having spare toilet paper available. In short, we don’t recommend this property as currently managed or Evolve as a service provider.
