Relax in this peaceful,serene villa.This a is non-smoking property but our guests may use outdoor spaces and a screened lanai area.Villa is situated a short drive to parks,trails,Manatee park,golf clubs and beaches.You can enjoy watching all kinds of birds flying in and out of the small island in the centre of the lake. Villa is equipped with 1 king and queen bed, large living room, 2 baths, and basic equipped kitchen. 2 lanai areas,4 car parking. Also provided, fresh clean towels and bed linen.
The space
This villa is a very spacious 2 bedroom. One level house. Only one step into the house at the front door entrance. And one step into the lanai.
