Welcome to Coastal Oasis! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, nestled near downtown and just a stone's throw away from the pristine shores of Anna Maria Island, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool home invites you to indulge in relaxation and seaside living.

Step through the front porch and into a meticulously designed space, where coastal vibes meet modern comfort. The airy living area welcomes you with abundant natural light and tasteful decor, providing the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and large countertops, beckons aspiring chefs to whip up delicious meals for your family and friends.
Retreat to one of the two cozy bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and serene ambiance for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a dresser and a TV. The first bathroom has a large shower/tub combo. The second bathroom is off of the kitchen and has a walk-in shower.

Outside, you will find a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or lounge on the deck with a cool drink in hand. Whether you're soaking up the sun or stargazing under the night sky, this outdoor haven promises endless moments of blissful tranquility.

Property not in the best condition. Broken drawer in kitchen, dinning room table was very unstable and cracks in the floor. Pool was a disappointment. Although the property manager informed us the pool gets serviced on Tuesday, one would think they would check the day of arrive to ensure cleanliness. Pool was not clean and there were broken pieces of the pool skimmer on the deck. We informed property manager and they said they would send maintenance over, but they never showed.

Beautiful Home

Really nice house, beautifully decorated. Pool was a super bonus. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.I would recommend this house to friends.

Disappointed

The house was clean.the appliances are up to date.the second bathroom was in laundry room..toilet needs to be fixed and shower needs a new mat .the main bathroom could use a new shower curtain .the pool was dirty when we arrived. I called and did not get any satisfaction. I called for 9 days before i could get a manager to call me back.she was not aware of the situation. She actually came to the house and took pi tures of the pool and the pool area which has not been maintained..full of cobwebs and leaves all over the top of the screen.the lawn was not mowed along with junk laying along the fence on the inside .if you have kids would be dangerous. For the amount of money you pay to have a pool.its not right that management doesn't check on there maintenance team which SUCKS.The pool needs to be drained and the screen around the pool needs to be power washed ..the cover over the drain on bottom of the pool was off and filter cover busted.If i had small children would have been a major problem because someone would have gotten hurt.I was reimbursed 2 xtra days but that wasnt nearly enough compensation curtain for the amount

Pictures are accurate. The property and pool are lovely. The location was much further from the beach than we thought. It would take 30-60 minutes depending on traffic.

Property definitely had potentialPros- close to Lecom ball park and near gas stations and grocery storesNeighborhood was pretty quiet- house was simple and clean good enough for our needs.Cons- swimming pool is non-heatedUpon arriving on Thursday, the pool looked very dirty and wasn’t cleaned until four days laterNo investment of a solar coverBig backyard with only a fire pitCould have a lot more potential, especially with a family that has kids and petsNeighbors to the left of the house had a motion light that would go on and off throughout the night so if that’s something that bothers you make sure to readjust the shades.The secondary bathroom didn’t have water in it at firstAfter doing a load of laundry, was able to get water to the toiletPool area had a lot of spiders and cobwebsAnd a torn pool skimmer which we had to constantly use from the small debris coming through the screenBrand new barbecue grill in the patio area, but did not have a propane tank so the grill is practically new and has never been used. So no propane tank was supplied.Honest opinion of the propertyIt was OK to stay and very convenient on its locationDefinitely could have some upgrades to the property and be a gold mine with a lot of potential in the backyard

The property is a good place to sit in the Florida sun by the pool for a winter break. Fenced yard for a dog. The beaches are not too far away by car. Overall, a nice place.The location is in a pretty busy section of town with a lot of car traffic and not within walking distance of coffee, dining, grocery stores, etc.Take the mention of and condition of: kitchen for lots of cooking, eating utensels, pool & patio, yard, and 2nd bathroom with a big grain of salt. TVs are streaming only. Property is equipped with an alarm system. A detailed "laundry list" of items the property comes with would be great, so you know what you do and don't need to bring along or buy.

House rental was good & as stated online. Need to let people know when trash pick up occurs. We had a full trash can when we arrived & needed to put out for collection.We think the burners on the left of the stove top doesn’t work properly.House is comfortable but needs living room coffee table.Neighborhood fairly quiet. But, a bit sketchy.

Nicely decorated and very clean

We spent three weeks in this house, the location was good, neighbors were friendly and quiet. It has a nice yard for the dogs to roam. I would rent this house again.

Was a beautiful home! My family and I loved every part of it. 3 adults and a teen and 2 year old and everyone had enough room! Pool was just enough for the 5 of us! Was a beautiful vacation! Home was in good neighborhood. Close to many things. 10/10! Already ready to plan another trip!
