The host communicated well with us and had everything we needed to know typed in their emails and had it written out in the condo. The beds were comfortable and had 4 nice size pillows on each bed ( that's A plus for me to sleep).The kitchen had everything you needed to cook ( pots, pans & baking dishes) , dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, dish towels, coffee maker, toaster.The living room was large enough to catch up on a tv show, and 1 evening we sat and watched the ducks and a few other waterfowl on the pond.I do want to point out that the unit is quite sound proof. We never heard people in the units to either side of us. One afternoon when leaving there were people outside talking, unpacking and packing from other condo's and we didn't hear anything until we opened the door.The only thing I would add to the condo would be brighter living room lighting and a thin blanket in each bedroom (only because the night's have been chilly all over Florida), but we were fine without them. We did add an extra night after arriving, because of my mistake. Andre and Barb were very responsive and able to offer us an extra night and made it easy to go back on vrbo and pay for the extra night.
