House is in a prime location approximately 10 minute drive to blue mountain, 20 minutes to Thornbury and 15 minute drive to Wasaga beach. Big fenced in back yard for fires or whatever you would like, plenty of parking (3 car maximum)
The space
Guests may use entire house. Whether it's relaxing upstairs on the couches enjoying the 75 inch smart tv with cable and internet. Enjoying the big fenced in pet friendly backyard, having a fire at the fire pit or playing pool and having a few drinks in the bar\games room downstairs. Entire property is yours to enjoy. Upstairs:
large open concept room that hosts the kitchen/living room with a large high top dining table sits 6-8 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Bar/games room include: pool table, wheel of fortune, fooseball table, darts, air hockey table (which can also be a beer pong table), basketball, cards, tv with cable and internet, a 2nd fridge for drinks or food. Also includes 1 bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and laundry room
Additional things for guests to know this house comes completely furnished and with full amenities like: pots and pans, silverware, plates and cups, plenty of towels, hand soap sanitizing wipes/spray, pillows and blankets on all beds, bbq, propane, outdoor chairs. Also collingwood has some of the best water in the province on top of that the house has a filter that filters out the chlorine in the water upon use, so the water is 100% drinkable and useable for any consumption.
