Poor communication. Cancelled by Vrbo not the host due to piss poor notice the booking was no longer available on the day of check-in. App still showed there was a booking due to host not cancellation booking prior to me requesting code to enter the unit. No apology from host and slow to respond with refusal to t provide urgent and prompt information. Very very unprofessional.

What a surprise!!!

My 17th year old said that if he move to Montreal she wants a place like this! That says it all from a teenager! We loved the place so close to grocery store and downtown. The extra benefit is you have your own parking lot!!!! My family will return if we came back to Montreal!!! Thank you Wayne!

Disappointing

The property is a shotgun style layout. We had registered as 4 adults. When we arrived there were only enough bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and kitchen towels for 2 adults. We contacted the property manager when we arrived and it took him 3 days to bring more bath linens, In the meantime we had to go out and purchase some items. On the last 2 days the power in the master bath would not work, primarily the lighting. We contacted the property manager and did not hear back from him until we were at the airport leaving. We did check the breaker box and all was OK there. I believe that there is faulty wiring. The backyard grounds were littered with garbage. They could keep this cleaner. The front walkway could use a regular raking as one could have a bad slip walking in and out. The closet space is poorly designed and it was very difficult to hang anything up. It was obvious that the owner has never stayed here to test out the facility. A guide for the operation of the television would have been helpful, also. The kitchen and dining area were fine as were the supply of dishes and utensils. The refrigerator was very good. The neighborhood was quiet and interesting. Had the property manager been more efficient we may have been able to provide a a better rating. But the price is not reflective of the property. It is overpriced.
