Great house, great location

The house was very well prepared and equipped. The location, very near the Cardinal Landing on the Deschutes is among the best at SR. We'll stay here again.

Great property! Well equipped kitchen which was nice. Communication for questions etc was excellent, very responsive. Easy access to the river trail which we enjoyed daily. Upstairs stayed a bit warm even with the AC, perhaps needs an upgrade but rooms were nice.

The location can't be beat with access to the River within walking distance. The furniture and towels could use a refresh, but the home was clean and our family had plenty of room for a great family reunion. The bikes provided were above average and helped our entire family get out and enjoy beautiful Sun River!

We have stayed at several houses at Sunriver, but this one is our favorite. There were 12 of us and with five bedrooms we had plenty of space. I loved the decor and the beautiful furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you could ever want which made it easy cooking for everyone. The location was perfect with being able to walk to the Cardinal Bridge or ride bikes to Benham Falls. We also did a bike ride to the village and enjoyed the most delicious ice cream. Sitting on the deck enjoying dinner in the evening and later relaxing in the hot tub made for a perfect day. There was so much to do. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The property served our group of 12 nicely. It was very spacious. Everyone remarked how comfortable the beds were. The dryer was broken and was a problem getting towels dried after swimming. We hung them outside and a neighbor approached us and said that was not acceptable. There was suppose to be 12 passes to the aquatic center there were only 11. Fortunately the first day we went we only needed 11. The host was quick to respond to correct the error much appreciated. There was no way to correct the dryer issue unable to schedule a repair man. Again we enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the dryer situation. We would stay again.

Well equipped home on quiet cul de sac

Great home for a family vacation. The grandparents had their suite downstairs and their kids and grandkids had the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, good layout and spacious rooms. We were very comfortable and also appreciated the bicycles provided.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for multiple families, with ample space for both families without feeling crowded. Kids loved the hot tub and SHARC, we would stay at this property again.

Comfortable and Nice stay

My friends and I went up for a ski trip and saw this place. The house was clean and well kept, extremely comfortable and had many amenities that were very useful and nice to have. The property manager was responsive and helpful, 5/5 would rent from them again.

Proceed with caution. While this house is spacious and has a nice location within Sunriver, we experienced quite a few issues during our 5-night stay over the holidays. First, we were told just hours before checking in that the oven was broken and not to be used. After arrival, we found that there was mold in one of the bathrooms, two of the outdoor grill's burners would not ignite, two bedrooms had nonfunctioning blinds making it impossible to see outdoors, and the clothes dryer was disconnected from the outdoor vent. The management company sent a technician to the house but he was unable to fix anything. We have asked many times since we checked out more than two weeks ago for a refund of some sort for all of the issues we experienced during our stay. While the customer service team responds in a polite manner, the host has yet to offer a refund of any kind. This house is described as "exceptional." Unfortunately, that was not the case for us.

Very clean and spacious home! Lots of rooms and tons of bikes to use. Other homes we've stayed in scrimp on supplies but this was well stocked. Beds are super comfy as well.
