Big Leaf 18 is a spacious vacation home located in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. Furnished with comfort in mind, you're friends and family won't want to leave. This home is spread out over two levels, offering space and privacy for everyone.

The large great room exudes mountain sophistication with a blend of stone and timber that is warm and inviting. The central feature is the gas fireplace set in natural rock, allowing you to relax and enjoy a holiday movie or pull out a board game.

A beautiful dining area offers a large table to seat up to eight guests. It’s the perfect setting for a delicious dinner at the end of a day on the mountain. The adjacent breakfast bar also offers five additional seats, a great spot to hang out while dinner is prepared.

The fully equipped kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops, upgraded appliance, and everything that an aspiring chef will need to create and entertain during your stay. This is a great option if you prefer to relax and dine in.

Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail or take advantage of the gas grill.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and attached ensuite with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second ensuite also boasts a king bed and private bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to find a two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twins tucked into a cozy nook and plenty of seating to curl up with a good book.

The home was exceptionally well stocked for a large group. Plenty of room to stretch out in the living room and the kitchen was a cooks dream with plenty of space for more than one cook! The mosquitoes were awful this year so bring mosquito repellent! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming to SunRiver again!!

Fully appointed kitchen, ready to entertain!

We were so happy that this home had all of the items we would need in the kitchen, from baking to serving large groups family style to plenty of glasses and utensils for everyone, this kitchen had it all. Note, they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner, so bring your own, but everything else was excellent. They're doing it right at this location. Would absolutely stay there again!

Very nice property, well supplied with all. Exterior cleaning made a bad impression as you entered the property. Dirt and pine needles like no one had been there for a while. Also the deck area the same. Nothing that could be cleaned with a little effort but created a bad first impression.

Beautiful place and surroundings

The house is beautiful, well-appointed (included a brand-new propane grill), and a golf course is always a pretty backdrop. It felt enormous with vaulted ceilings and a majestic fireplace. The decor was clean and uncluttered. It wasn't obvious (to me) that the homeowners association benefits were not available, as the Bennington rentals are not part of the association, although there are some discounts offered on some of the services. I ended up in one of the queen beds, which moved a lot when a partner rolls/tosses/turns. It seemed very lightweight. Aside from those little issues, this was a fantastic stay, and the area was filled with entertainment. I would rent again. If you could swap out the queen with a heavier king set-up, it'd go a long way.

Family vacation 2021

The property was a perfect fit for our family. With four generations under one roof, we had plenty of room to enjoy each other, yet have our own space when the littles needed their naps! It was extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend this property!

Bennington is a great company to work with. They mailed out forgotten items immediately. Definitely would stay here again.

Great being on the golf course with amazing views. Beds were great and nice to have fans available as well.
