The home features open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full baths and a screened Florida room.
The Space:
Step back in time and experience the charm of the Eau Gallie Historic District in this spacious vintage cottage with hardwood floors and high ceilings in the living areas. 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, this home combines funky and fresh decor with classic Florida style. The large original windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a screened patio and convenient laundry room for added comfort. Nestled among historic homes shaded by majestic oak trees, you'll be transported to a bygone era. Just a stone's throw from the water's edge and Ballard Park, our cul-de-sac offers a tranquil spot to savor a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine overlooking the picturesque Eau Gallie River.
The kitchen, living and dining are open concept in historic shotgun style with high ceilings. The Master suite (king bed) includes private bath and opens to the Florida room. The two other bedrooms share a bright new bathroom with tub and shower. The home sleeps 6+, with a king bedroom, full bed and queen in the bedrooms. There are two, single convertible sofas in the living room. Whether you're traveling with family, a loved one, or a close-knit group of friends, this home provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay in this historic neighborhood.
