Set within landscaped grounds, the two-level main house features a large, elevated front balcony which opens to a light-filled main upper-level living area with polished timber flooring. Also on this level are three bedrooms with built-in robes, main bathroom, a good-size kitchen with a Blanco oven and gas cook-top and appliance cupboard, and a dining area/sunroom that opens to a rear wraparound balcony. Exterior stairs lead down to the lower-level rooms which include a large bedroom/rumpus room and a laundry and shower room. An alfresco dining patio overlooks the expansive lawn and garden area with established trees and landscaped borders. Features ample off-street parking for 4 cars plus, split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans, all positioned in a tranquil coastal street just metres behind Blairgowrie village.
NB. The bungalow and LU garage are not for guest use
