I love Calgary, and I am a firm believer.. and investor in the Real Estate here. I think we have unique features that can't be offered in other markets, including Stampede, Nightlife and Safety!

Our condo is especially large, relatively compared to a lot of other 2 bedroom condos in the Beltline and Calgary overall. The average condo here is around 600-800sq/ft, while our unit is a massive 1200sq/ft lounge. We have great views, and an exceptional wrap around balcony, complete with a BBQ and FireTable. We also offer up to 2 parking stalls, in a secure heated underground parkade.
