Welcome to your two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Civic! It`s next door to the National Convention Centre and Crown Casino and a short walk to the Canberra Centre shopping centre, restaurants, bars and cafes. During your stay, you`ll have access to wifi, gym, pool, spa, and BBQ facilities.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage has space for one vehicle. Should you require additional parking, there is complimentary two-hour street parking conveniently located nearby.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s electric BBQ, gym, and pool with sun lounges throughout your stay.
NOTE: Please expect some noise in the common areas due to ongoing construction next to the complex.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Additionally, the nearest transit station is at Alinga Street, featuring a clean and well-maintained platform with excellent passenger amenities. The staff there are known for being helpful and friendly.
During your stay, make sure to explore the Civic Centre, a charming area in the heart of the city perfect for leisurely strolls. Don`t miss the opportunity to visit the Australian War Memorial, a touching tribute to military sacrifice. For a delightful and educational experience, head over to Questacon, a children`s museum offering interactive exhibits and captivating puppet shows focused on science and technology.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
NOTE:
Please note that any noise you may hear could be coming from the ventilation system. To help prevent this, kindly ensure that all switches in both bathrooms are turned off when not in use.
Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
* Please be advised that external wall construction has begun at the complex and is expected to continue for several months. Some noise or disruption may occur during this period. For your safety, there will be no access to the balcony, which is currently messy due to the works.
* Please note that scaffolding and construction activity are still ongoing. Areas such as balconies and courtyards remain off-limits until all works are completed and scaffolding is removed.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
