We spent most of our time at the beach which was so conveniently located across the street. Property was very clean, bright and outstanding.

My stay was nice. The only issue have is that one of the bathrooms tub wasn't draining properly and I never got that issue resolved during my stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ants greeted us on kitchen counters. No paper products in the house except toilet paper. Paper towel, napkins in the holders would have been nice and maybe a box of Kleenex. There were only a sea view when you walked block to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a nice location for the price. The pros are the nice firm mattresses, the cleanliness of the unit, and the fun things to do around the resort. The cons are that the bedrooms stay warm even at night (ducts aren't big enough), the very basic amenities in the unit, and the fact that this unit is in the back of the resort, so you really have to drive to the beach, especially in the summer heat. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just not sure we would come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this unit for my son's yearly birthday trip to Destin. Being able to bring our fur baby was an added bonus! We hate leaving him behind, and this space was perfect for all of us! Very clean, newly renovated. We did not mind it being on the backside of the property. We live in the city so are use to the occasional horn and emergency vehicle. The boys walked to the beach to crab hunt, and we took the car when we had a load for a full day on the water. Easy access either way! The security guards were very attentive to all vehicles entering. That was nice to see!
