Even though my husband was using crutches and a walker the owner refused to let us in. We had proof of our reservation, but she wanted a code number on our phone. Our phone was dead.so we couldn't retrieve it.
I very politely asked a question and she told me to be quiet. Also when we asked her about nearby shopping and restauranton the internet. Never experienced this level of rudeness from a host.
she told ums to look it up

Wonderful
I loved , my stay , once I did the initial check in , I felt right at home . The accommodation, the kitchen and bathroom amenities were well stocked. The initial check in using the automated kiosk, was a little frustrating. The folks that suppose to answer the call were a bit slow , also I’m automated impaired. Often the issue is operator error. Having said that going in and out of the building I often saw folks with luggage in hand attempting to get into the building, seemingly frustrated with the process. I also think at some point I changed or erased the lock code on my door, thankfully I had a key and was able to access the apartment, the old fashioned way .
