Casa Vista Oceano is a private ocean-view retreat in Marbella, Guanacaste, with a 3-bedroom main villa and two separate king-bed casitas, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Ideal for families, couples and groups, the property sleeps up to 10 guests. Relax by the private pool, enjoy Pacific sunsets, or explore nearby Marbella Beach.

Scenic Views & Peaceful Setting
Large windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcase beautiful views of the surrounding tropical landscape and fill the villa with natural light. Casa Vista Oceano offers a peaceful, private setting that is especially well suited to families and groups looking to relax and spend time together.

Kitchen & Poolside Living
The main villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outside, enjoy a propane BBQ and relax by the private pool with comfortable lounge seating and sun beds. A whole-house water purification system provides fresh, drinkable tap water, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable stay.

Remote Work
Fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available in the main villa and Casita 1, making the property a great option for guests who need to stay connected while travelling.

- Primary Suite: King bed, private full bathroom and walk-in closet
- Guest Room 1: Two queen beds and a full bathroom
- Guest Room 2: Bunk beds
- Additional half bathroom in the main villa

Private Casitas
Two separate casitas give guests added privacy while keeping everyone together on the same property.
- Casita 1: King bed, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette, TV and internet
- Casita 2: King bed, private bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Please note that this casita does not have a TV or internet.

Community Amenities
Guests also have access to the community pickleball court and pool. The pickleball court is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own paddles and balls, as equipment is not provided.

Marbella and the surrounding area offer plenty of ways to explore Costa Rica, including surfing, horseback riding, fishing, ATV tours, jet skiing, snorkelling, scuba diving and other outdoor adventures.

Nature & Wildlife
Casa Vista Oceano is surrounded by tropical nature, and wildlife is part of the experience. You may see monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds, insects, spiders and occasionally scorpions. We recommend keeping doors closed when possible and being mindful of the natural surroundings during your stay.

Roads & Transportation
Most of the drive to Marbella from Liberia is on paved roads, and much of the route between Nosara and Marbella is paved as well. You will, however, encounter some unpaved roads within Marbella, including the road leading toward Marbella Beach and the road climbing the mountain to our villa.

These unpaved sections can be rougher during the rainy season, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for comfort and easier access.
For the most convenient arrival, we recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR). San José International Airport (SJO) is approximately a 5+ hour drive away, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Property Layout
The property sits on just under 2 acres of mountainside terrain. Due to the natural elevation, several sets of stairs connect the main villa and casitas. Guests should be comfortable with walking and stair climbing during their stay.

Pet-Friendly Stay
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. To help keep the property comfortable for everyone:
- Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
- Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
- Please keep barking and other noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbours.
- Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in an additional charge.
