Serene Catalina Foot Get Away
Furnished in Southwestern and Mexican decor with Saltillo tile throughout. All furniture and accessories less than two years old. Spacious rooms and gracious halls creates a serene sense inside to match the beautiful desert landscape outside. You will be steps from desert walks, as close as 2 miles to mountain trails into the Catalina mountains, and 5 miles from downtown
Tucson with a major university, galleries, medical center, restaurants and a thriving art scene.
Included:
Open floor plan living and dining rooms and patio. A fully equipped kitchen, a den/office with a large table and shelves to put things in plus a sleep sofa (sleeps 1). Master bedroom has king size bed, an ensuite bath, large walk in closet and a door to the patio. Second bedroom has a queen sizes bed and its own bath and two large closets. Laundry has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board plus linen closet.

I went to the University of Arizona and my husband and I both love Tucson and the surrounding mountain area. We love to come out to Tucson as much as we can to hike in the desert and the mountains, travel around the state and explore and all the cultural offerings of Tucson. We have made our townhouse as comfortable as we can to make your stay outstanding.
Why they chose this property
This townhouse is located in the foothills of the beautiful Catalina Mountains and just a couple miles from foothills and mountain trails. Also in walking distance from local desert trails to absorb the low area desert plants and animals. In walking and a short drive are shopping , restaurants and galleries. Within a 5 mile drive you are in downtown Tucson with a thriving
arts scene, first class restaurants, a major university and world class medical facilities.

What makes this property unique
This townhouse is decorated in traditional southwestern and Mexican style with everything you need - but lots of space to make it your home away from home. You will love the full length patio facing the mountains for morning birdwatching and coffee. During the evening you can sit out with a marguerita and watch the famous sunsets.
